I purchased the earlier version of this blower about ten years ago and I have been nothing but pleased. I agree with the other reviewers that it will not blow huge piles of leaves like the larger and more expensive models, but for smaller leave jobs, grass clippings, etc., it does the trick. The more powerful models get pretty heavy and loud (and expensive), so this model can be better alternative.

I’m a old home owner that mows my own grass..I owned this model before for a while but it broke down probably because I used ethanol gas. I purchased a New one but for some reason it didn’t seem to have the power my old one did so I returned it.. Purchased the next model up with more power but it is a bit too heavy for me..I’m not sure what I will end up doing at this time.. This product is easy to use, reliable and does a great job blowing leaves and debris. I had no trouble getting it assembled and got to work on my acre of property. Pine cones, twigs, small branches and plenty of leaves were no trouble for this blower. The backpack makes it easy to use and much more comfortable. I kept at it for several hours and had no trouble gong on to other yard work when I was done. Fantastic addition to my yard tools!

Replacement for Echo PB-260i, which lasted 15 years. Seems to have a bit less power than the old leaf blower. It is noticably lighter in weight. I prefer the hip throttle over the trigger throttle, because it has the “cruise control” feature.
