This blower is powerful and comfortable and really gets the job done. Easy start every time. I have several trees in my yard and getting leaves up became fun once I purchased and began using the ECHO 234 MPH 756 CFM 63.3 cc Gas 2-Stroke Cycle Backpack Leaf Blower with Hip Throttle. Thin leaves from acorn trees are dream with this blower although the larger the lease the easier the job is for me. Damp leaves are a breeze for this blower. However, very thin leaves are sometimes more challenging when they are wet. I truly recommend this blower. Save yourself from headaches with the purchase of an inferior product. Echo is the way to go. This blower does not disappoint.

Excellent! Assembly and starting were straight forward. Ergonomically, this is much more comfortable and easier to use than my hand held gas or electric blowers. I’ve only used it in the cool weather so I can’t comment on the sweat factor on the back.

I have an acre of wooded yard in a damp environment, moving leaves with this blower is a fun event, this is one of the strongest blowing packs I have used

I got this to replace an old SHindaiwai which was very powerful but was at End of Life. This blows leaves, sticks, twigs and most importantly all the dog bleep that accumulates on the side yard which is shared with a neighbor. I have trained our Dobbie to take her dumps there and the neighbor’s labradoodle does his business there as well. Lots here are fairly large for a surbaban development. Neighbor uses a little John Deer to mow his lawn I use a walkbehind. SO, before I do I crank this thing up-it starts really easy.-and blow all the tihs into his part of the patch of yard that separates the two houses. Its a little unnerving that the thing blows cold air on you at first because the fan is mounted on the contraption with springs to the back of the blower so it is a little bouncy at first.

My family and I live in the middle of 10 heavily wooded acres. We bought the property off a old guy who couldn’t keep up with the maintenance probably for the last 5 years. Leaves and debris were everywhere. Having no extra cash, I used hand rakes and electric blowers to try to get the place back to livable conditions. I even borrowed a gas blower from my dad to use in my right hand, while using the electric blower in the left. Unfortunately, this was more work than the outcome produced. Finally manned up and bought this back pack blower. At first use, I was a little skeptical if it was going to be enough power, but after some time at putting this thing to work, I am psyched on the purchase; so psyched that I just got done using the blower and immediately came inside to write this review. When I talk about work, I’m talking about piles of soaking wet leaves that have been sitting for years. I can slowly walk and the blower keeps up with the pace, which is the way I like it.Weight wise, I really cant comment on this. If you want power from a machine, there has to be a trade off, like loudness and weight. For the average home owner, this blower packs enough power by the time you would actually start feeling the weight, you should be done with your job anyways. I own a variety of Echo products and all work very well, always starting on the 2nd/3rd pull. I do contribute this to running ethanol free gas My local gas station sells Rec Fuel for $0.70 more than unleaded. Ill pay that the rest of my life to never have to dork around with the carb. Overall, very happy with the blower. You can never have enough power when it comes to backpack blowers, so don’t cheap out. You’ll regret it. Bonus tip: If you are feeling a little grumpy or disgruntled, put this blower on a 4 year old kid’s back. You’ll never stop laughing!

My other Echo blower froze up after 21 years so this was the replacement based on reviews of air speeds and warranty. Tried it out and easy to start, fantastic air speed to move wet leaves and dirt. The only thing i’m not crazy about that I like better on the old Echo was the tube connections locked in place and these are not as easy to connect/disconnect.

Only used it once, but what a difference using this compared to a handheld 2-stroke blower! I couldn’t be happier!

This blower has pretty good power. I was impressed. I have about 1 1/2 acres with some big oak trees and it makes leave clean up quick!

Set it up in about 10 minutes and it started the first pull. I wish I would have bought one of these years ago. Lots of power and it rips acorns out of the lawn like you would not believe. If you value your time and dont like to spend hours blowing acorns and leaves buy this machine. By the way I have a large deck and this thing cleans it beyond my handheld. Love it!

The blower has terrific power. I was able to move wet leaves, piles of acorns and smaller branches. The knock I have on the unit is that the instructions weren’t that clear, but overall I am very happy with my purchase.
