The Echo straight shaft 2620t trimmer is hands down the best that I have ever used. I purchased a Husqvarna 128 ld over a year ago to replace my 14 year old Echo that wore out. The 128 bogged down on the thick stuff, so I got the 2620t. The Echo cuts down just about everything, even thick briar. The torque model is the difference, buy it.

The trimmer’s operating instructions are very easy to understand. The machine is easy to operate and cuts excellent even on taller grass. There’ a little bit of weight on it but it’s understandable. I really like the way it looks and it’s sleek design.

I chose this Echo over the other brands and because i own and use them as well. The Echo has the power to make trimming effortless. I also love the easy way they have developed to feed the trim line into the spool for refilling. Overall a great trimmer.

I’ve gone through countless other trimmers. (Homelite, Stihl, cub cadet) We have a farm with a lot of fence line and hills. This is by far the best trimmer we’ve owned. I also purchased the brush trimmer with the harness which is also great. My advice – stop messing around with the cheaper brands.

High torque model has excellent power for thick foliage. Biggest downside after using for 1 month, is that it takes 6 to 8 pulls to get it started when cold. My previous Shindaiwa was always 1 or 2 pulls.

I like this product the only problem is, it is very long, I wish they made it 6 in to 1 foot shorter

I purchased the Echo SRM-2620T trimmer to replace my aging Echo SRM 2100 that serviced me well for years. This trimmer has plenty of power to mange all my trimming chores for my property; from precise grass trimming around garden borders to whacking though briars to leveling out overgrown pachysandra gardens. This trimmer does it all with ease. I especially like the heavy gauge .095 black diamond trimmer line that this unit employs as it cuts through underbrush without bogging down the trimmer. The cutter head is much easier to re-string than my old unit. The large capacity fuel tank allows me to have much longer running time without having to stop to refill. I reused the shoulder strap from my old trimmer on this unit and it
