It is a good paella pan, I thought it was going to be more difficult to find a real paella pan in the US, as a spaniard it is important to have one for the paella. It is made of steel with black paint, it helos to keep the rust away, but it is not strong so it goes out as soon as you start cooking. For someone who doesn’t use it usually (once per week) it the best paella pot you can get to cook real spanish paella and surprise your guests. Even though I prefer one without paint.
