These are very useful and because of being double ball ended, with one extra short arm and one extra long arm, also with the short arm on an offset more than 90° that allows for fits into tighter spaces and fits into very tight hex heads, these to me are always favorable to standard hex heads unless the bolt has previously been torqued and stripped beyond its usefulness.
