An excellent appetizer set – even when used as a rotating vegetable platter! While the pictures I’ve attached don’t really do it justice (didn’t have many veggies or variety to add), each of the bowls holds a fair amount of a veggie platter for 3-6 people, and plenty of dipping sauce in the middle as well. The lazy susan glides nicely, everything cleans easily – and it does have a nice touch of class over my last veggie tray (which was a big plastic thing with an even bigger plastic lid. It would be nice to have some kind of lid for this, but for us, it wasn’t a deal killer. For the most part, we’ll put stuff into these bowls as a nice presentation, and the larger supplies will be in the fridge, wrapped up or otherwise protected.At this point, my biggest fear would be when one of these bowls chip or break, it’s going to look pretty bad…and I certainly wouldn’t expect replacements to be available in that situation. Hopefully any breaks/chips take a long time – nothing feels cheaply made, so maybe my worry is for nothing!Overall, whether you’re using this for appetizers or a veggie platter, it works well and looks great. Recommended!
