Easy to operate. Heats-up very fast! First time I used it, I selected SLOW COOK – HIGH and it got my roast boiling in just a few minutes. So, I realized quickly that I should start off meals on LOW setting, first, then adjust if needed. Haven’t used any of the other settings, yet.
