Love this new deep dish crockpot. Great for slow cooking meats throughout the day while I am at work. Simple and easy to program to your cooking needs. I was excited to use this new one! The one feature I love the most is the “warm” feature which does not dry the food out. , the locking lid for transportation is awesome! It works great, no messes were had. Fits nice in a small apartment with little room. I recently had ot threw out my old crockpot, and for mos was without one. This is a much nicer one and many great features. I love the way the food tastes. I highly recommend this to anyone.

This item shipped quickly and arrived intact. I washed the inner pot and lid in warm soapy water as instructed. The outer shell seems bulky but is surprisingly light. The retractable electric cord is my favorite feature. The instructions are clear, concise, and easy to follow. I cooked a roast for the first meal in this crockpot. The only issue I had with this appliance was resetting the cook time/temp to finish the roast. That was a little confusing, but I figured it out. 5 stars. I would and have recommended this to friends and family.

Got this to replace an old slow cooker in which the inside had cracked. Works just as well.as.that one did.Intuitive interface and it cooked up our chili excellently.The only downsides:The size. Too big by a bit to fit in my sink, making it awkward to clean; andThe lid. My old slow cooker had the lid attached to the unit. This isn’t and so you have to put it somewhere to check and stir your dish. And, because the lid isn’t flat, it doesn’t sit well on most surfaces, which is a pain

Our cuisenart slow cooker broke, and I’m so glad it did. It didn’t have a locking lid, and the handle broke on it after a year of use. The old one also had a very heavy ceramic insert which was hard to handle and clean. This unit is a great size, wider and shalower than the other and when transporting in a car does not move at all. The lid locks into place which is a life saver! No more sauce spilled! The insert is a nonstick metal that is so easy to clean. My favorite part…..the self winding chord!!!! This is such a great feature! The chord is completely hidden away when fully retracted!

The locking lid feature is great for when you have a family get together you have to go to and your dish needs to stay warm theres no spillage on the drive over because of the locking lid feature.
