This product works just as advertised. It is convenient having the extendable/retractable chord. Sometimes it is a little difficult to get the chord to retract- it needs to be tugged just so.

I bought this charging cable to use at home, so I could charge both Micro USB and Mini USB devises, without needing a second cable. That, plus the retracting feature, helps minimize the clutter and tangle of cords on the counter. Occasionally, a glitch causes the cable to not retract, so I may have to pull the cable a couple of times in order for it to retract properly.
