If you are on a budget and need a reliable tool to do the job this is it. I know is plastic and not indestructible but it gives exact same results the most expensive levels do, level is level no matter how expensive the tools is. Yellow color and large black numbers (Inches and metric) make it very easy to read, I just wish it was a bit heavier. I use it often along with the same longer (48″) level mostly to install shelves on new walls or build cabinets in tight spaces.

I love the Empire 24″ polycast level. It is lightweight, yet strong and durable. The bubbles are clear and easy to see and the color of the level is pleasing and makes it east to see on the job site. The 24 inch level is very useful for the small jobs I do and I’d definitely buy the 36 inch or longer level for bigger jobs. Definitley an A+ in my estimation.

Somehow my levels didn’t make it through my move from the Northwest to Colorado so I bought this level recently.It’s the perfect tool: easy to use, light weight, polycast construction that seems indestructible. The ruler markings makes measuring, while simultaneously assuring levelness, easy. And it’s reasonably priced!
