The e75 box level also equipped with rubber shock-resistant endcaps that are tool-free removable to enhance scribing performance into corners. Magnetic models boast high-strength rare earth magnets for superior holding power when working with door frames, steel studs, ferrous pipe and other common metal-working applications. The em95 UltraView LED Torpedo Level combines the professional features of the Empire True Blue Torpedo Level with the patented, UltraView technology to provide superior vial visibility in dark, low and bright light applications. The patented, UltraView system uses dual LEDS, optical brightener and e-Band vials to provide high definition viewing in all conditions. Its IP54 rating meets the durability demands of the jobsite by protecting it from dust and water.

This is a nice box level. I like its blue color as it stands out and is easy to see. I just worked on an old house that had sagging floor joists. I had to jack the floor up to make it level. I used this level to make sure the floors where level. My only real problem is that I have a case that I keep my level in to protect it. This new level is wider and doesn’t fit into my case. Therefore, I will need to find a bigger case for it. I would have given it a 5 star rating if it had two things, a case and led lights that you could turn on when you are in a dark place like a crawl space.

This Empire level is a good looking tool. I do like the feel of the level in my hands, feels like its thicker and wider than levels I have had. The level has shock absorbing ends to protect it. The vials are large and easy to see, and they are made in the USA. Everything on the level fits really good. I like the machined edges, they are really smooth with a good edge for the pencil or marking knife.

This is a good mid quality work level. I used it to hang several doors and it was right on the money, no issues and was accurate against my other levels. the cost is the real winner here. This is a 25 dollar level everyone should have in their home, It is great for getting straight lines for picture hanging, as mentioned, door installation and would be suitable for leveling sub-floors as well. a really good bargain

The level is well made and has nice hand hole grips. The bubbles seem quite precise. The rubber end caps are removable for full length level use situations.

This is a VERY high quality level. The two best features are the precision machined faces and the bump stops on the ends. The fact that this level has machined surfaces on both business edges makes it easily worth a few extra bucks. My old level was not precision machined and it caused a headache. It could never be trusted as a straight edge. This can! Its machined flat and straight to within 0.0005″. You can use it to draw a straight line, or pair it with a flash light or some shims to check if a surface or table is straight and flat.The bump stops are also very night to prevent damage to the tool and the floor when the level is accidentally dropped. Or to prevent damage to walls.

As with all Empire box levels, this is an excellent tool. It has nicely milled surfaces with high visibility vials that are guaranteed to be accurate to 0.0005 per in. in any position. Its endcaps are easily removable for use as a straight edge or scribing tight to walls and into corners. Like all Empire box levels it comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and the vials.
