If you like beer can chicken on the grille in the summer time, then you need this for when you can’t cook on the grille. This actually works awesome. Pour your favorite liquid or beverage in the center and then plop your chicken over it. The bowl design catches all the grease and overflow. It gets used a lot in my house.

This worked really well. Easy to use and ceramic is nice to handle. The only thing I wish were different is the depth. It would be nice if it held 12 oz. of liquid and more room for the veggies and potatoes.
