I bought this about 2 months ago. Everything is great about it with the exception I can’t get it to scan to my printer (may be my problem, not the printer’s, not sure) I would like a number to call to acquire some information.

I received this printer from Epson to replace an old one with mechanical problems. It was delivered in a couple days and working the same day.

I have had this printer for some time now. In the past month it has started showing a scanning error. Support and other forums indicate the only resolution is to turn the printer off and back on. This only works for the next scan and the error returns.

Had this printer for a year so far no problems. Ink is not cheap but what else is new.

I bought this printer for Christmas and I love it. It is quieter than my old printer and quick. The only downfall is the cartridges are more expensive than I like.

didn’t last very long. Although they were covered with warranties it was a hassle to constantly request replacement printers. When I received the Epson Work Force WF-4740 I was quite The first printer I had was an Epson dot matrix back in the stone age. Since then I have had several Lexmark 4-in-1 printers which pleased. I didn’t expect to receive such a professional looking printer. It is very stylish and fits perfectly with my other computer equipment in my home office. It was very easy to unpack in fact my 9 year old granddaughter took it out the box and took all the plastic wrap and tape off it. It was very easy to set up. I connected it to my Wi-Fi. The touch screen is one of my favorite features. To be able to just touch the screen for commands is fascinating. The two paper trays are just great. I didn’t expect the printer to have that. The print quality is crystal clear with a laser like quality that isn’t expected from an inkjet printer. I haven’t had a printer in a long time and am glad I can do my printing at home instead of going to my sister’s house to print anything I need. I was able to scan with no problem . I was able to scan some documents I had been holding onto for quite sometime. I don’t fax that much but the fax machine sure beats going to some of those copier places and being charged to fax by the sheet. That can be expensive. All in all I give the Epson Work Force Pro WF-4740 All-in-One Inkjet Printer a thumbs up for being a great printer. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Always bought Epson printers for my office the past 38 years and replaced my WP-4020 with this WF-4740 after an excellent 9 years of trouble free use. I had to return this WF-4740 printer because it no longer had the rear feed option I was used to as on the older WP-4020. I use that feature to quickly print my own checks and envelopes. The new WF-4740 has two trays but requires you to constantly and carefully remove the tray and swap the envelopes with the checks to print and vise-versa. Fine if not often needed. The older WP-4020 allowed you to quickly insert a envelope or check and simply drop it in the rear feed with no caution at all and quickly printed any choice. I now bought the Epson ET-8700 and it does exactly what I need and exactly like my original WP-4020 except so much faster and up to date with many other nice features. Also now Eco tank inc so should cost much less long term. GREAT CHOICE.

This Epson WorkForce Pro is an awesome printer. It literally has everything I need for my home office in one. First off the ink cartridges are super easy to install. The printer is faster than any other printer I have encountered. Scanning and copying are a breeze and faxing goes through in seconds! The touch screen is easy to navigate and even better if you have a smart phone you can download Epson’s iprint app and you can control your printer from anywhere. I love this option, and I use it daily! This is a review for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

This is a replacement printer for a WF3620 I owned. I like this so much better than the WF 3620.

Had a little trouble setting it up with my computer. Called Epson support and they knew who I was from my phone number. I didn’t have to search for my serial number etc. They walked me through it and it works great!

Had it for 2 months and it is the WORST printer I have ever owned! Constant error messages, kicks out 1 blank or illegible sheet off paper for every document I want to print.
