An ideal product for a home or home office, this WorkForce WF-2860 All-In-One Printer from Epson combines a printer, fax machine, scanner, and copier in one machine. Utilizing four Claria Ink cartridges, the WF-2860 can print at resolutions up to 4800 x 1200 dpi on pages as large as 8.5 x 47.2″. Borderless printing is also possible at 8.5 x 11″. Print speeds reach 14 ppm and 7.5 ppm for black and color prints, respectively. Mobile printing is possible with NFC, Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Android, Mopria and other wireless printing solutions.

Printing and copying functionality works good. Can not get the Scanner set up to save to my PC or the cloud. Epson wants you to purchase additional software to troubleshoot. I refuse! Will continue to use my old hp printer that saves scans to USB thumb drive.

This little printer is good except I cannot scan to my computer from it. Not with the cable attached or with wireless. I had a hp printer before and it scanned just fine.

Although I am happy with the new device, it lacks an important feature: two to two copying. That is to say, while you can copy from two different pages to a single sheet, i.e., two sided copying, you cannot, at least as I have been unable to find, copy a document printed on both sides to a similar copy from the feed tray. Essentially, one has to copy to one side of the paper, reinsert the document (turn it over) and copy to the re-inserted new copy in order to have a single page with printing on both sides.

When prompted, I updated the firmware. Big mistake. Firmware update changes ink settings. Now the printer won’t recognize anything but OEM Epson ink. Trying to re-set up to see if that changes back to original settings and firmware. If it does, I will change my settings to not update firmware again.

After using my old bottom of the line printer for years this printer is a night and day difference. The setup only took about 10 minutes and couldn’t have been easier, due to the easy to use touchscreen. The size is a little bigger than my old printer, but all the features more than make up for it. The ability to print straight from my tablet is also a huge plus as I no longer have to get the document on my laptop to print. I also love the huge page capacity because nothing is more difficult than having to reload paper 4 times for a large print job. Overall this is a great printer that I highly recommend. I bought this because I’m going back to school and It was a great price for the features. Very easy set up for those who aren’t tech savvy love the Bluetooth capabilities and the email feature so my prints can be waiting for me at home to begin my work instead of a detour to the library first.

After having a great experience with my previous Epson printer, I purchased this one a couple of years ago. The old one is still going but this one has not withstood the test of time. Regardless of anything tried including any and all software, driver and related updates, it will no longer print from any Windows computer. For awhile it would still print from our iPads, however as of today that has failed also. At this point it appears I may be switching brands yet again (I came to Epson and having bad luck with Lexmark).

I bought this three months ago to use for school papers and to print pictures. It was great for printing out word documents, but when I tried to print my photos, the quality was subpar. It looked fine on my computer, but when I printed it out, it looked faded and had streaks in it. I made sure to use Epson photo paper, and it still came out awful.

Can NOT just print in black ink. Have to buy all colors of ink to be able to print.. Have three kids using this printer for school and we fly thru ink. Cost $60 each time to replace ink. SO NOT WORTH IT
