I wouldn’t buy this again. Step up to the next level of Work Force. I bought this to replace a WF-3540 that wore out over time. I didn’t need a lot of the bells and whistles on that, but this just feels like it will have a short life span and very flimsy plastic. I am really disappointed in this purchase.

Bought this brand new with a brand new ink package. I used the starter ink, and after I changed it, the printer wouldn’t recognize it. Now it won’t print anything other than a few lines. Red flag that this is in the FAQs! Now I’m spending my nigh toff running print head nozzle checks, print head cleaning, and every option of print head alignment. I never want a printer with this many troubleshooting options for a printer ever again. So bummed about this. I have no idea if it’s totally junk ink cartridges or the printer.

This is my second Epson Printer I have had and I have yet to have any problems with either. This printer has exceeded my expectations in terms of print quality, speed, and ease of setup. I decided to measure the amount of time from opening the box to my first print and I was very pleased that within 20 minutes it was printing high quality from my computer and phone. The LCD screen made hooking up to the wifi extremely easy, with a full QWERTY keyboard to type in the password. The description boasts laser quality printing, and I 100% agree. The quality of the text, image, and fine lines that this printer produces are as sharp as I have seen. Also, the ability to print double-sided is a huge plus! The overall size of the printer is probably my favorite part. My older Epson Printer, the ET-2600 (also an amazing product) was too large to sit on my desk so I had to move it. This printer, however, has found a permanent home on my desk. I have yet to find any cons with this printer and from what I have seen so far and I don’t expect to find any. Overall I am extremely happy with this product and it will continue to be a part of my daily work. This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

In the past I have always used the Epson workforce. My previous Epson lasted five years. I switched to HP for a change and was very disappointed. Epson is the better dependable product.

Like this printer it setup easy. Printed on first try. Output looks great. One thing is the screen is too small hard to use with my fat fingers. As everyone complains about the price of ink is outrageous

I find that the guide to set up the printer and the installation of the setup software user friendly. I just need to complete the mobile setup.

I bought this recently to replace an older all-in-one machine for my home office. So far everything has worked great. I have not used all of the functions as of yet, though.

I am getting really upset that every time I use this printer I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it. I mean why won’t it just stay a working printer

I HAVE HAD MANY DIFFERENT PRINTERS AND THIS IS MY “FIRST” EPSON. I WILL HAVE A BETTER REP[ORT ONCE I USED IT AWHILE.

I just got this this week and finally got a chance to set it up. I was worried but with the on screen directions even without a disc it was easier.

I upgraded from a WF-2530 to this model. My 2530 was seamless, this one not so much. Having issues with communication after set-up, so I’m on my third try of deleting the software and starting over. This time seemed to go more easily. Not sure if it had to do with the old software being installed and removed after installation of the new one or not, but now have deleted the old printer software and started over. Seems to be quick, a little noisy, but the quality is there. Haven’t used the ADF yet, but I like the fact that the paper tray is beneath the unit as my other was fed through the back and the paper holder broke, so had to replace that on the 2530. I like the compact design, but the digital window could be larger. It’s a touch screen (not a fan), so I use a stylus. I’d much rather have push buttons, but that’s the way of the world, I guess. All in all for the price I think it will suit my needs if can stay connected. Fingers crossed.
