An ideal product for a home or home office, this WorkForce WF-2860 All-In-One Printer from Epson combines a printer, fax machine, scanner, and copier in one machine. Utilizing four Claria Ink cartridges, the WF-2860 can print at resolutions up to 4800 x 1200 dpi on pages as large as 8.5 x 47.2″. Borderless printing is also possible at 8.5 x 11″. Print speeds reach 14 ppm and 7.5 ppm for black and color prints, respectively. Mobile printing is possible with NFC, Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Android, Mopria and other wireless printing solutions.

I have only had this a month and the scanner will now not download the image to my desktop, and yesterday I got the message that the printer is not connected to my computer, so I can’t print anything. Nothing was moved or changed or anything.

It was a breeze to set it up. I had just wanted an inexpensive home use printer for my wife and I had purchased a Canon TR4527 a week ago. i am very techy but and was so frustrated trying to set it up, I gave up on it. I was not able to connect my fax machine at this time but, I am sure that with the disc, it would have been no problem as it was an easy set up (following the directions and using the disk provided). The only thing thus far after connecting it today is that it shakes all over the place, that was the only bad thing I disliked about it. I guess that I would have needed to get the Laser printer instead.

I’ve used the printer for a few weeks now and it works pretty well. However, the paper seems to jam in the document feed when using the scan option. Document feeder seems to work fine with the other functions that I’ve used. I haven’t had to use the fax function.

This printer is limited in its functions and slow to respond. For the price, it was worth it to me, beause it does what I need in this Covid-19 lockdown: scan documents to a .pdf format and print envelopes. It probably is best suited for a high school student.

I have always been a fan of Epson printers for photo printing and the like, but it was always priced a bit higher than what I was able to afford.
