I don’t know how to get the scanner to work. I’ve installed again and it still says must install Epson Event Manager. Please help. Thanks.

Just installed my printer today (4/27/2021) so am unable to provide any type of feed back. If you wish to send me something after I use the device for a few months or so I will be more than happy to respond. I can say the set up instruction were pretty easy to follow, I got it up and running in 20 minutes.

This product was murder to set up. I’d like a free refund. Peace and luv

Touchscreen doesn’t have any set backs like on my other printer I would click on a bottem but it would always press on the button next to the button I wanted

I accidently selected the use colour to make black and now the feature will not turn and wastes my colour ink when the black gets low and will not let the black run out.

Auto feed scanning does not work well. The reason I bought this was for the same reason on my WF-2660. So glad they didn’t fix the problem! Waste of $$$. Not only that, ink is more expensive!

I am 73 years old and not very techno savvy. I was replacing my Work Force 2630 and read the information for this printer, and its wireless setup, and size, sold me. I was very apprehensive about doing it myself. But I installed the CD and followed the setup. Very easy!

I just bought this printer today and it was the easiest setup I’ve seen so far. Very detailed but spot on accuracy tutorial type setup. I highly recommend this printer even though I’ve only had it for a couple of hours! Wireless for the win!!! I LOVE that feature! Especially since Windows no longer allows computers in a household to connect to one another. This printer solves that problem! I’m looking forward to being able to print like I used to again! Another nice feature is how its shaped like a box. Unlike the old printers that were rounded all over… this is nice and neatly compact. The fact that it doesn’t just do printing, faxing, and copying, it has a lovely scanner as well! I’m excited!

It is an excellent printer. Good features and easy to operate.

After loading four brand new cartridges and printing four, poorly printed test pages(text only), it informed me that I was out of cyan. There is no way this is even possible. Either something is faulty with the machine or it’s supposed to be this way which is alarming. Either way, I wasted an entire day dealing with this. No one was available for support.

Setup is extremely easy, I had zero issues. The footprint is the same as most other home printers. The touchscreen is a very nice feature, as is the double-sided printing. Both the print and scan quality are very nice, as is the volume of paper that it holds. it would be nice to have features such as double-sided scanning, or the ability to print from a thumb drive, but for the price it’s perfect for you home or personal office at work. This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

This is our second Epson. The first lasted thru 10 years, including 3 moves. My only suggestion is that, for those of us who are not computer savvy, the instructions be more detailed.

The set up of this computer was so easy, even my wife could do it. The quality and speed of the print is exceptional. And, it’s a pretty quiet printer. This is our first Epson and we love it!

I just bought this for school and I had so much trouble setting up the WiFi to my network and the ink cartridge’s. I hope I don’t have any more issues.

I got this printer to use in our warehouse office. The printer was well packaged when I opened the box. I immediately set it up in the spot I would be keeping it. I pulled off all of the green tape that it came with for shipping, and plugged it in and turned it on. It has a five minute setup that it will walk you through for putting the ink cartridges in. It also comes with a disc to install all the drivers and software. The whole process took no more than 10 minutes. After I was finished with all the setup I started printing multiple documents. Some were excel sheets, and one was even a picture on glossy photo paper. It takes a little bit longer to print things (pictures especially) than I had anticipated, but its still not too bad. Some pros and cons of it: Pros: -light in weight – holds a lot of paper in its tray -wireless printing support – can be used to fax as well as copy scan and print – the top feeder for scanning folds down flat when not in use – its very compact compared to other printers I’ve used – it has a “?” button for instant help guide – it can be set up to scan to the computer, cloud, or WSD computer Cons: -the touch screen can feel a bit small and difficult to type on -not the quietest -no usb cable included for direct link to computer -a little slow with printing I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member. The pros outweigh the cons with this printer. If you are looking for an all in one printer for you home office or just everyday printing, its worth it.
