It was very easy to set up and the printing quality is very good. The best feature is that it is wireless.

I bought this a month ago. The only issue I have had is that it loses connection to the wifi. Not a big deal, just have to restart the printer.

setting up this printer was a breeze (replaced old printer adapter with the new one, i can reuse the usb printer cable though, plugged in the cartridge, windows auto detect the driver), i can use it right away within 10 minutes after delivered to me. The printer itself has a very small footprint and take up far less space on my desk compared to my old one. Printer quality are awesome (Epson that’s what you expected), even though listed as for office, but i printed couple decent photos with this. Besides the quality, the speed is fast, all the functions works quite well. “This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

I am actually surprised by the quality of this printer. For the price, I was thinking it would chunk out an average quality print at a snails pace but I was so wrong. It does a fantastic job with color prints, it’s quick, it’s versatile, it was well packaged, and I couldn’t be happier that I didn’t listen to myself when I said I wouldn’t get a decent printer for this price. Very happy!

I just went through two new HP printers with no joy so I bought this Epson and Voila! I have a printer that works. The setup was immediate. Print quality is great. Happy at last.

I bought this as a replacement for a Workforce 545 that had served me well for many years. The WF-2860 performs as well as the 545 and is much easier to use. The touch control screen replaces all the buttons that I found confusing on older machines, and I love that 2860 has automatic two-page printing.

Would be totally great nd 5 stars , but they had to remove the ability to scan to a thumb drive, removing portable memory storage port infront . Sorry people really use them

I hadn’t bought a new AIO since before Windows 10 came along. My old printer was constantly sending me error messages about incompatible ink, even though I was buying brand name ink, then at some point, I got an error about the printhead, so I decided it was time for a new one, but being on a fixed income, I had to keep all costs down – printer and ink. When I found this model, I liked the idea of separate ink wells for each color, plus Epson is one of those trusted names in my experience in this field, so I went with this model. I’m so happy I did! The only complaint I have about it is that I have problems with the touch screen due to medical issues, but I like the idea of a touch screen. Sometimes I have to tap things multiple times to get it to respond, but I don’t blame that on the AIO, that’s probably my body’s fault. I just wish that screen was a little bigger for *my* use, but I can see others having no problem with it, or even me, 20 years ago. I love how it interacts with ALL my devices! I can print from my phone and my tablet, because there’s an app for that! And there’s no loss in quality. I love, love, love the automatic 2-sided printing! No more deciding on my own how to print things 2-sided, this AIO does it for me! Granted, I haven’t had this long enough to experience things like needing to change the ink, or how long that lasts, or dealing with error messages or other problems, but as far as it being new and its features, I love it. It was economical, it fit in the space where I had my old AIO, instructions for set up were clear and easy to follow, I have so many options for off-line use, as well as on-line use – so far, it’s been so much better than my old one. I don’t feel the need to get something that costs more, or that prints out faster or spits out more pages in a shorter time, because I don’t do huge jobs, and I don’t do that much printing, scanning, copying anymore. For my purposes, this is the perfect size, has the perfect features, and fits well into my needs. It’s also so quiet, I’m not quite used to that. It doesn’t even wake my cats up when I print – they were so used to being woken up by the old one, which sometimes ran its printhead even when it hadn’t been used in days. I hope I continue to be this happy with this AIO, because I need it to last for a while.

Good printer so far am pleased with all functions of printer. Need help on how to FAX without a land line would be helpful? Print, scan, and copy all works great with excellent quality. Set-up was a breeze with WIFI for my Windows-10 Dell Laptop. Note: This printer is 100 times better than the OLD Kodak printer I got rid of.

Registering was a little irritating in that you require a serial number, which is understandable. However, I had to pick the thing up while updating it and turn it over to find number. It is in the most inaccessible place.

Bought this printer earlier this year as a replacement for one that had served its time. It worked beautifully with a lot of great features for a printer of this price – ADF, two-sided printing, excellent print quality etc. Unfortunately, after a few months, it began jamming paper on a frequent basis. Epson Tech Support diagnosed an uncorrectable failure in a phone call and sent a replacement printer immediately. The new unit is performing fine. I would warn that the software print driver has a great many options, some of which are not exactly intuitive for non-printing professionals and it takes a while to get everything going the way you need. Again, though, Epson Tech Support helped me very efficiently.

This Epson was easy to set up and works great with my HP computer, after I couldn’t get a string of HP printers to print off the computer, though the screen would say they were printing.

The Epson WorkForce WF-2860 is a high quality, yet affordable All-In-One that will work great in either a home or office environment. The design and form factory of the WorkForce WF-2860 makes it easy to integrate into an existing space. It is not this big bulky All-In-One like you may be used to seeing. You would think because of the size of the unit it would be lacking in features well I can assure you it is not. THe WorkForce WF-2860 does everything you would need it to do and more. Setup of the WorkForce WF-2860 could not be easier. Everything can be done from the touch screen display right at the unit. The one feature that I use the most is mobile printing and getting that set up on Android is supper simple all you have to do is download the companion app (which is really just the Android Print Drivers) and you will be up and running. Print quality is very good and I can easily use this to print logos and graphics without issue and without the worry of running out of ink in the middle of a job. The WorkForce WF-2860 is surprisingly good on ink usage! I would highly recommend purchasing this printer to anyone looking to add an All-In-One to there home office. Replacement for my printer of about 4-5 years.. I purchased about 4 weeks ago. Setup went relatively easy using the computer with the cd that that came with the printer. I purchased this because the specs were very similar to my old printer & the ink cartridges are relatively cheap. Ink cartridges are about 2/3 cost but are rated about 450 pages for blk XL & less for color. This is about 40-50 % (1500 pages) for the other Epson printer I considered. One issue I had was setting up the scanner. Two apps were provided but unclear directions are given in setoup. One with character recognition & one without. Selected what I thought gives character recognition. Not sure if I actually get that. Printer & scanner speed comparable to what I had with older printer (abt. 15 ppm max); scans a little slower. It does the job. I don’t use a lot. If I did more printing, I would not be satisfied. I will give more consideration to tank type printer next time around. Payback for the difference in cost (pd $69 vs &350 for tank type) about.3 years.
