An ideal product for a home or home office, this WorkForce WF-2860 All-In-One Printer from Epson combines a printer, fax machine, scanner, and copier in one machine. Utilizing four Claria Ink cartridges, the WF-2860 can print at resolutions up to 4800 x 1200 dpi on pages as large as 8.5 x 47.2″. Borderless printing is also possible at 8.5 x 11″. Print speeds reach 14 ppm and 7.5 ppm for black and color prints, respectively. Mobile printing is possible with NFC, Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Android, Mopria and other wireless printing solutions.

I purchased this today because my current Epson XP-830 had paper jammed and could not take it off from the machine. XP-830 was not good printer either. It was quiet but did not take thicker paper and could not print envelops. (Smeared) WF-2860 was $20.00 cheaper than XP830. (That was good point) However it makes big noise when print. I only printed a test page and a Word document so I don’t know how this machine will do for anything else.. I hope I can print envelopes and photo papers with no issues.

Received the printer today and had to call Epson, because the instructions were less than satisfactory. Please change the instructions that you also include “date” in addition to time and language etc and write in big red letters that without having entered that information you cannot insert the cartridges. Also, show a drawing which shows very clearly that the cartridge carrier is not at the right end of the stroke to load. Everything else is fine.

I hope so, the 2650 lasted 7 years before it got fatal Error 4D. Anybody want about a C-note worth of useless 220 cartridges? Huh? But I loved the dearly departed 2650, held together with scotch tape and tagged with notes about how to tweak the performance. This 2860 looks promising, just got to remember not to shake the color cartridges, just the black… trade secrets I suppose. I’d give it stars for the first 5 pages it printed, but they made me activate Microsoft Edge just to write this. Huh?

I really like the speed , easy hook up,and the 2 sided paper sone without having to maually flip paper like my old printer.It does go thru ink much quicker.But many other perks with this machine.

I needed a printer to facilitate a mailing label project. For the price point this printer is a champ. Out of the box. Easy to install. Good feed for mailing label stock. Plays well with templates. The printing is fine for something like mailing. The scanner is fine as fine as you need it to be. For the price point – brillo!

I keep trying to do the printer check and it doesn’t recognize there is paper in the tray. It keeps telling me the paper is out. Cannot proceed until this is rectified. Very frustrated at this point.

So far I bought this in August and haven’t had a printer. It wouldn’t print and once I got it to print within one week it was already out of ink. Now I have to buy more ink and see how long it lasts. I only made under 20 copies with the other cartridge.

This printer is what my parents use and it is not used very frequently, it is connected to a desktop and so far works fine. I gave only 4 stars because I have not used all the features for example I have not used for fax yet but will be using in the future. The set up was easy and great price for the item.

This excellent printer does it all and more. NFC? Yes. Email address for the printer? Yes. Just send photo or doc to the email address and it magically appears. WiFi works great and there were NO problems setting this up. Of course, I was already an Epson owner, so that might have helped. Duplex feature saves paper, and it’s quiet, for a printer. It’s also surprisingly small.
