The Epson WF-7210 has proven to be a great printer so far. It prints crisp text documents rapidly, and also performs well with color graphics. I’ve included a photo of both a sample menu as well as a full 8.5X11 photograph. The boarder-less printing functions well, and the photo quality was good. Black and white text is significantly faster than color. Full page photo printing set at high quality took over 3 minutes, but standard quality took a little over a minute and a half with comparable quality. It should be noted that when photo printing it is best to completely change out the paper in the cassette, and it pulled two pieces of paper when pulling the last piece of photo paper off of printer paper. The printer itself appears to be well constructed and has a solid, weighty feel. It functions well wirelessly, and printing from an iphone on the network functioned effortlessly. Good printer overall, would recommend. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

I don’t even know why I’m giving it a 2 star because every time I go to print the printer jams. This is by far the worst Epson I have ever owed.

Very easy to set up and use. Every part of the setup from filling the tray with paper, to installing ink was a breeze. Connecting to wifi is simple. I would definitely recommend this if you’re in need of a printer. Documents as well as pictures print quickly and very accurately. Have had nothing but great results so far. Two sided printing also works great to save on paper. I honestly haven’t found anything to complain about yet. If you’re looking for a new printer I would highly recommend. Wow, this is a great heavy duty printer and has a very user friendly and easy setup process. The prints are professional quality and sharp. I was pleasantly surprised with the functionality of the device as far as page sizes as well as double sided printing. This has not had any issues since I received this and seems like its built to last. I liked the 2 drawers for different size paper and the feeder on the back however the ink was very small cartridges. The prints estimated were only 330 for colors and black. While this may be good for occasional use in reality you will need to fork up more money to use this as a true work printer. While the cartridges are reasonably priced I felt like they could’ve included a bigger ink cartridge. As far as the printer quality goes and the functionality Epson has really did great with this one and was very pleased with performances thus far. I’m really happy with my new printer. Setup was a little challenging to say the least. It was a little bit of a pain to get the WiFi to connect but once I got the connection established the printer has simply amazed me with the quality of each and every print. I love the feature where I can print from any device in my WiFi’s range that’s connected to my network. For example, printing from my iPhone couldn’t have been any simpler. Seriously, the best printer I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend this product and after you get everything set up I promise you can’t go wrong with your purchase. It may be a little challenging to get the WiFi setup and learning how to the load the paper in. The paper loading wasn’t nearly that difficult, but it does take paying attention to a little more closely if your use to using just cheaper home use printers. This is a business printer and the paper is loaded accordingly. The box is very heavy, if you’re smaller or older I recommend getting another person, that being said the printer isn’t too heavy and the unboxing was very simple. Inside the box is the printer, power cord, paperwork/setup guide, and ink. The box has no USB cable or ethernet cable, but they are not necessary for setup or use in many cases. If you do need one you can find them pretty cheap at any store that sells electronics or you could use old ones laying around. After unboxing setup was straightforward and easy, when installing the ink make sure you only take off the yellow tape, there’s a spot where ink comes out with clear film, do not remove it, it can mess things up. A benefit is that this printer can have 2 different types of paper loaded at once, 500 pages in each tray (1000 papers all together). The screen is small, but it works and was not an issue, entering wifi passwords was a slight annoyance, but you should only need to do that one time, make sure you look at the screen to see how to change to lowercase letters or numbers. Another drawback is that this does not have a scanner and that may be a deal breaker for some, but this is still a great printer. You can print from your phone and that is very handy, I printed a document I needed from my iPhone 7 Plus and it instantly printed, but that may be due to how fast my internet connection is (in this case it was 30 mbps through WiFi, if I connected through Ethernet (not really viable in my case) I’d get my full 100mbps, but you can’t really print faster than instantly. Using NFC was extremely easy too, just touch your android phone to the little N logo on the left side of the printer and it instantly takes you to the Google Play Store and takes you to get the app. You can reach advanced printer features by typing the printer’s IP address into your browser, you can get the IP address by going to Settings – Network status – Print status sheet, this will be 3 pages long. For some reason it says the page is not secure, just go anyway, this unlocks a lot more options and is reminiscent of a router’s settings page, this is where you set up Google cloud print, one warning though, when I changed the SSL Encryption I was unable to access the page again, I had to reset the network settings, though I am sure I could have fixed this with the app, on Windows 10 Pro my driver automatically installed (I never used the CD that came with the printer) and the driver was the latest one so that is handy. All around this is a solid printer that I recommend for businesses and people that can get by without a scanner, but if you do need a scanner Epson has plenty of models that include one. I was really very shocked with this printer. I have always used Epson WorkForce printers in my home office but none as capable of this one! Huge sheet capacity with two trays to hold paper – can accommodate HUGE paper sizes for printing big signs and flyers – and as always, easy to use wireless connection to all my devices. Truthfully my favorite feature is the edge to edge printing – that has always bugged me, and kind of felt like the difference between my home office and professional printing. No more though! This printer is high quality, pretty speedy for the incredible printing it does, and the price isn’t much higher than what you’d spend orherwise. I also felt that the ink seems to last a little longer (which is what we all want, is it not?) overall I really have nothing to complain about. I noticed it seems like there’s a higher chance of a paperjam but what is that in comparison to a printer like this! Make sure you clear off a big space in your office for this guy – it’s well worth the space it takes up!

The Epson WF-7210 printer was a surprising device to be able to review. I was initially overwhelmed due to the sheer size of the device but I had to remember that this printer will handle paper from 4″x6″ all the way to 13″x19″ with full duplex (both sided) printing capabilities. Having an ability to insert two trays each loaded with different sized papers will be a boon to small/home based businesses where printing on more than one sized paper is needed. I tested a number of features after unboxing and setting up the unit in a central location to the house. I had no difficulty adding it to the wifi network (only 2.4ghz network, no 5ghz) and after that, installing the driver on both PCs and Macs was trivial. It advertises itself as an AirPrint printer for iOS devices as well. Print quality for text and business documents is, like most Epson printers on the market, top-notch. Text was crisp and almost laser-printer quality. Photo printing was of sufficient quality for casual use, but since this isn’t designed for photo printing, I wasn’t expecting much. Paper handling was smooth and quiet with the duplexer performing admirably. Having an oversized output tray helped with ensuring that prints on 11″x17″ or larger paper didn’t end up in a heap on the floor at the base of the printer. Overall, I highly recommend this printer. Cost versus features reveals this to be a great bargain for businesses both large and small. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

When I received this printer 3 days ago I followed the instructions for the setup right away. My first observations was that it was a BIG printer and I would need to set it up in a different room from my home office. The setup process hit a bump when I had to re-seat the black ink 3 times in order for the printer to register the cartridge correctly. The next bump I ran across was when I setup the wifi and the controls were not that easy or fast to use to type in your wifi password (if you have a secure password it will take you a while to type it in). Also the printer does not see 5 GHz wifi, so I had to connect to my 2.4 Ghz connection. Setting up the application to use on android was very easy and I was able to print out some pictures from the device easily. The only issue I had was I had some “bleed” when I printed out in color. The next issue I ran across was trying to print 11 X 17 photo paper, the trays show a 11 X 17 option but the paper does not fit in it, There is a DVD that comes with the device, but I wanted to do the setup without referring to it. I could not figure out how to load 11 X 17 paper in one of the two trays (which is a great feature with great capacity) So instead for my testing I tried to use the manual feed and it jammed every time! For general office use it is a great printer with a high capacity, the photo prints from this printer are okay but are not great. This is not the printer for you if you mainly print photos. But for spreadsheets, presentations and general office printing it is a great printer. It works fast and does a good job. The instructions that come with the printer are very vague when it comes to 11×17 paper. It should have come with a picture showing the blue button on the bottom of the casette that expands it to 11×17. One hour and one half later your help line finally figured it out. Now the printer works great.

Never installed a product as easilly as this one without any surprizes… Good job. Being using Epson products since 1994, never disapointed. Thanks for keeping up quality standard.

I was was a little intimidated when I received this printer, but after opening the box and reading the instructions it was very easy to set up. It has 2 seperate paper trays which comes in handy for me because my husband runs a business and my son is enrolled in online public school so we print a lot! After initial set up, the LCD screen gave me step by step instructions and also directions for setting up wifi as well. It prints quick and has amazing quality as well. This printer is amazing. Well first let me start by saying that this printer really surprised me from all angles. I would like to state that I am a graphic designer and having a printer that I can trust to produce quality prints is very important to me. THIS printer can do all of what I need and more, it feels like as I grow as an artist, I will grow into this printer and all of the functions and options it has available to me. The setup was as simple as any other small printer and, oh boy does it print fast. I was amazed at how it basically zoomed through the prints I had queued and the quality didn’t suffer any. Some things that I would like to try in the future would be doing larger prints because I now have the option to print A3 size designs or posters in my own home. This is a huge plus for me and gives me more options and available space to work with when working in Photoshop/illustrator. The only think I really ran into while printing was a little loss of detail in a halftone design that (I think it was an issue on my side when designing) that caused the print to come out wrong. And one other really nice thing that already came set up with the printer is when you install all the software, it already comes with an email address so you can start sending documents to the printer through email immediately without setting that up!
