This printer is incredibly versatile and surprisingly economical. Ink jet printers are notorious for chewing through expensive ink, but this printer did a great job and has gone through surprisingly little ink so far. I’ve put it through its paces on 3 projects: 1) a poster for my son’s club at school, 2) a very fancy menu for a fund-raiser, and 3) a large, complex GANTT chart for a project from work. A couple dozen posters were able to run through in just a few minutes. Regular paper feeds from the front, as normal, but anything thicker (we printed a few onto heavier paper) is fed from the back of the printer. This seems to keep it flat all the way through, but requires keeping the back of the printer available and feeding one page at a time. The menus printed on a bright white, almost glossy paper, fed from the front and again, quick and perfect on the first try. The GANTT chart printed the slowest, but the detail was excellent, and it printed both sides of 11×17 with no bleed through and legible 8 point fonts. Wireless set-up was very quick from the front panel. Driver installation in Windows took a few minutes. Office just needed to be given a different paper size and we were off and creating the poster. This is not a printer you’ll want to share a desk with, it takes up almost 2 feet across and you need at least a foot behind it for access. I’ve been using this printer for about 3 weeks and have been very happy with its performance. The visual clarity of printed characters is very crisp and easy to read. Other things I like: – Easy setup – I did not need the instruction manual as the prompts on the LCD screen were straightforward. Initial setup very easy; enter date and time and then it does its thing for about 6 minutes. – Wifi enabled – Found my wifi network quickly and connected easily, instantly networking the printer to the rest of my office. – Crisp printing – Easy to read text; print quality is very good, on par with basic laser printer models. – Multiple paper feeds – I keep scrap paper in one feed to use for unimportant documents as a way to save paper. – Both sides – I really like that the printer can print on both sides. – Quick – The printer prints as fast as laser printers that I’ve used. – Energy Star rated – Appreciate this rating and its energy conserving design. Small challenges I ran into: – Ink cartridges don’t have a very satisfying click when inserting but they go in without issue. – Setup menu for wifi fairly intuitive but not stellar. Entering password slightly awkward with arrow keys. – The size of the printer is a bit larger than I expected but I believe that’s due to the multiple paper feeds and wide format capability (I haven’t used wide format printing yet but may do so in the future; great that this feature is built-in). Over all I think this is an excellent printer for home or small office use. The fact that it connects so easily to my existing office wi-fi network makes it a great shareable resource. The Epson Workforce WF-7720 Wide-format All-in-One Printer is exceptional. It arrived nicely packaged very secure and everything was intact. The CD-Rom helped with setup and with navigating my way around the printer. I’m pretty tech savvy, so it was relatively easy to setup and use. It is a fairly wide and large printer, so I had to make a little space for it. It came with four ink cartridges (one black, one magenta, one cyan, and one yellow). Normally, a printer comes with one color ink cartridge that has the 3 colors together. They were fairly easy to install and, after performing the test to align and calibrate the ink cartridges, I began to navigate through and test out the various features. I was in awe of all the features of this printer. The touchscreen feature is very cool. I had to get accustomed to using it but it was easy to do. The print quality was very nice. I love the borderless effect that my prints had. I also loved the sheet capacity. I didn’t have to continue to load paper into the printer because it has a 500-sheet capacity. My old printer only did one sided printing. This printer does two-sided printing which minimizes the amount of paper I would normally use. I also tested the rear feed and I love it. The WF-7720 prints at an amazing speed. There is no lagging between sheets. It is a continuous flow and the prints are immaculate. My favorite aspect of this printer is the wireless printing and networking. Being able to print from my smartphone and tablet was a godsend. I was able to print things that I would normally have to use my computer or laptop to print. This printer is awesome and would be a great asset to any home office or small business office. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Got this printer yesterday, set it up for a test run: 13″ x 19″ Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy and Adobe Photoshop to try it out. For not being a “Photo” printer, this 7210 did an exceptional job on the color print and the 2 B&W prints. Using the rear single sheet feed was easy and the paper handling was great. I bought this for the large format and having a limited budget. The photo prints were surprisingly good!

This printer was very easy to setup and connect. I did have an issue connecting to my secure network but in the end everything connected. I’ve been using other printers in the office and usually have to go out of my way to collect my prints. Now, I’ve got this setup in my office! This printer is perfect for local print campaigns that I just need a few color copies and not hundreds. Hopefully, the ink will last awhile. I’m certainly impressed with the sturdiness and exceptional print quality. Well done Epson! I always get an error when trying to print and I have to go back and realign the paper in the tray.

We received this a few months ago and it has been great! I use it almost everyday for couponing and school work for our kids. It keeps up and doesn’t disappoint.

This was super easy to set up. One of my favorite things about this printer is it holds a LOT of paper! Thanks Epson for that! Print quality is pretty good. This is my 3rd Epson printer and I’m always impressed with the quality Epson puts out. The printer is pretty silent. I love that it will print large format and edge to edge printing. This is going to be great for my small business! I love that it’s super easy to print from my smart phone too. This printer does take up a lot of space, but totally worth it for all the paper it holds. It’s the size of our black and white laser in our office. My first impression was. OMG its huge. It is definitely not for small spaces! Then I opened the box and began to put it on the desk. The instructions could use a little work, I will be honest. But overall it was fairly quick to assemble. The set up on the other hand was not as easy. Trying to select the type of paper and size of paper got the better of me and I had to ask for my daughter to come help me complete the task. I began working with this printer the next morning. I had to print a floor plan and layout. It was both easy, and impressive. The colors are vibrant and well defined. It does its tasks in an average amount of time and does so relatively quietly. I have not liked the smell of a lot of printer inks in the past and this one has hardly any smell at all. I especially like the quality of the print duplication. It is , by far, the best printer I have had at that task. The photo prints are very clear and have well defined edges. I would recommend this printer to anyone who has a good deal of space to place it. If you have a small area for a printer, its not for you and that’s a shame! “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

Happy with the printer, but as a Mac user was frustrated with getting proper driver. Supplied driver CD took me to a link that said my OS was too old (Sierra) and would need to upgrade to High Sierra. This was a big problem as the upgrade would affect much of my software and cause major issues. Luckily, I ejected the CD and did my own search for the driver. And I found one on Epson’s site! Why would that driver not be on the CD list? If I did not do a search on my own, I would have sent the printer back. IF YOU ARE A MAC USER USING SIERRA, THERE IS A DRIVER THAT WORKS. Epson does a poor job of letting you know this, and they must change this. A lot of stress setting this up could have been avoided. This is why I knocked off one star. Otherwise great printer for single graphic designer, at a great price.

I needed a wide format printer as I am an artist and this printer met my needs. It is my 3rd Epson and I am very happy with the product. I also like that the cartridges are the same as my previous WF printer and that is awesome.

First Impressions: This is a very nice, solidly built printer. It is a lot bigger than the Canon printer that I already have. It feels like a luxury printer which is surprising based on just the price point. Ease of Setup: Upon opening the box and pulling out the printer, my first thought was “Tape Everywhere!!” I couldn’t stop looking and double checking just to make sure that I got it all off. I understand there are alot of moving parts, so I can understand why there was so much. The setup instructions are well written and easy to understand making setup a breeze. I can only point out two negatives with the setup process: 1. The “CLICK” you are supposed to hear when installing ink cartridges was not very audible and I personally couldn’t feel it as well, making it a little difficult to tell if the ink was installed correctly. 2. The Automatic WiFi Connect feature during setup did not work for me, so I had to connect the printer to my network manually, but I had no problems completing the setup after this very minor hiccup. Use: Both photos and documents print in very high quality and fairly quickly, especially documents. I printed both from my computer and from my phone using the Epson App with great results. I especially like how easily the app integrates into your phone or tablet. Good Job!!! Final Thoughts: This is a very good printer that would be great if it had just one missing feature, scanning capabilities. Still a very good printer that I would highly recommend without hesitation. Also, the ink is cheaper than the Canon ink that I had to buy before and is comperable to other brands of ink. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

When it prints they are beautiful! I have made exactly 32 prints on this new machine. About every 5th print I get black ink all over the places – smears and droplets. When I check inside the ink area all seems fine. I had issues with the provided inks it being recognized too so I had to buy new ones right away. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time to be reprinting things.

I used the Epson WF-7210 and am actually very surprised by the quality of the product. Wide format printers can sometimes cost quite a bit of money, and the quality can sometimes suffer depending on the the price you pay. For the cost, this product works very well! I got to compare it to a WF-7620. The screen is very basic, and only shows settings as the homescreen. When compared to the 7620, the size is very comparable. It however prints very good quality at a very quick speed. For someone who may need schedules made, or needs the wide format, this is a great printer! It allowed me to do everything I wanted. It’s quite a heavy printer, as most wide format printers are. Overall, if you need a wide format printer that prints quality, this is a great printer to buy! It was extremely easy to setup and deploy. The wireless setup was very easy to do as well. The top loader is easy to fold in and out. Setting up Wide Format paper was extremely easy as well. It has a tray setup button that allows for quick tray setup. The printer was auto-discovered in windows 10, so driver installation was a breeze. If you are looking for a Wide Format Printer without having to blow the bank, I highly recommend this one. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

I brought this printer with the hopes of using it for my business. I can still use it for my business but, I can not use it the way that I really want to use it. I’m starting a t-shirt but, it seems that this printer can not do sublimation printing. I think it would be better if Epson supported products with the ever changing landscape of business
