1. Neither paper tray is big enough for 11×17 printer paper. I bought the printer specifically to print 11×17 documents. 2. The Printer’s Control Panel is so small, it is way too small. 3. Setting up the Wi Fi, for example was so tedious because the Control Panel is just too lousy.

This printer is pretty nice. It prints so beautifully and the way my graphics & photos come out are outstanding! My pictures really pop and come to life. I love that it can hold 500 pieces of paper and their are many sizes of paper it will hold. I printed both pictures and documents in color and black and white and everything has come out really nicely! I’m not sure how long the ink will last as I’ve only used the printer for a few days. I checked the price out for the ink and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the ink is. The printer seems to be pretty sturdy, however when opening, closing, moving parts of the printer, it does sometimes feel like something is going to break. I do wish this printer came with a nice guide to show me how to properly use the features; I basically had to figure out how to use the printer through trial and error but overall I am very pleased with the printer. Upon opening the box and seeing the printer for the first time I was happy with what I saw. It is packaged nicely and secure along with everything you will need to get it up and running. I liked that the instructions is very short, and to the point with everything you need to know to get it set up. It only took about 2 minutes max to read over them and know exactly what I needed to do for the set up process. Setting it up was fairly easy, but when installing the cartilages your suppose to hear a click, but I didn’t hear that when installing any of them. However they still installed as they should. The longest part of the set up was when the printer was charging the cartilages which takes about 6 minutes, but I didn’t mind that. My opinion of the printer is it is a great printer for the price. It prints very fast, and quietly. Connecting it to my Wi-Fi was very easy and fast. I love the ease of being able to print from my iPhone and iPad without having to install a app. Printing from my computer is a breeze as well. I have printed documents, coupons, and pictures and the quality has been great. I also like that with just a few different buttons you can have it set to how you need it. My first thought was that this printer is larger than I thought it would be but very stable and durable. The inside of the box is pretty simple just the printer, instructions, the cord was just laying on top when I opened the box along with the 4 toners just hanging out not secured in any way so they could have been tossing around inside. Overall, the packaging was nice instead of having so many things to dig thru to find all items included. Setup was less than 30 mins and instructions are very easy to maneuver thru. There is no USB cable included but I did not need this to check up once I connected the printer to WIFI I had my computer do a search and found it right away and connected with no issues. The physical feature of the printer is being able to print 2 sided as my previous printer a Brother only did 1 sided. The physical feature that I miss and wish it had was the ability to scan documents not sure if I can still copy documents by inserting in the feeder but didnt find anything on this stating it could. It prints way faster than any printer that I have used in a long time. The touchscreen is very responsive and I have had no issues navigating thru the setup process or functions at the same time it isn’t very big but does the job just fine. There aren’t very many buttons on the actual printer so shouldn’t be to hard since functions can be done on the touch screen. When printing I don’t use color very often as it is expensive to replenish but what printer isn’t right. I love the how smooth my test items printed both in black/white and in color. Black/white documents print really fast and Color prints rather quickly also but takes a bit more time than the black/white documents. I do a lot of printing for work along with my volunteer commitments so this is going to be a great addition to getting things done. This printer does hold a lot of pages which is great my current one only holds about 100 sheets when this one holds about 500 combined as it has 2 Tray YES 2!! This is awesome to have when life gets so busy who has time to remember to fill them I enjoy having a rear feed verse the front (on my old printer) it doesn’t get in the way, slide or fall off (like my old printer) and is easy to judge where my envelopes line up when printing need to print addresses versus writing each one out. Unlike my old print this one gives me the option to print remotely I have not been able to use it out of the house range it says printer is not aviabale but I do love being able to print remotely in my home from my phone. It does have the ability to print from a mobile device. I just had to turn on the NFC ability to allow this function. I went to the Google Play store and downloaded the Epson Print Enabler and Epson iPrint application. The Epson iprint mobile app will tell you the current ink levels, and allow you to print right from the app to the printer. Overall, it’s a great printer and minus not being able to scan would recommend this printer to anyone who doesn’t need that feature and would be perfect for business or home uses. I received this printer via FedEx a few days ago. I’m not entirely sure if it was due to a packaging issue or a delivery issue, however the CD and instruction packet were laying outside of the box. Good thing they both showed up together! Other than that, there’s not really much to unpacking this printer and getting it ready for installation. Most of the printers that I’ve used previously have been plug and play type printers. This one does not fall into that category. As part of installation, one of the first things it tries to do is connect to your WiFi network. Although you can also set it up for hardwired, I didn’t want to do that. To get the printer on the WiFi network , you’ll either need to enter your WiFi SSID and password on a tiny LCD screen with no keyboard or temporarily connect the printer via USB to your computer. Luckily I found the correct type of USB cable at home because one is not supplied for you. The printer will automatically try to set itself up on the same network as your computer. My computer was connected to a 5g WiFi network, and I got a pop up message saying that this type of network was not supported and may permanently disable the WiFi on the printer. After several attempts, I was able to back out of this and start over on a different WiFi network. After the printer was successfully installed on the network, it automatically wanted to do a firmware update. This was a pleasant surprise, and it worked fine. After the update was completed, it offered a message to complete Epson Connect and Google Could setup. These are both neat features. Epson Connect lets you send print jobs direct to the printer via email, and Google Cloud lets you print from Chromebooks. Although this model printer is not currently listed as Google Cloud enabled, it is working appropriately. As an aside, I work in IT. I’ve never had to spend so much time setting up a printer before. However, this Epson WorkForce printer truly is a workhorse! After having used the printer for a few days, I can say it does do a great job. Color prints are crisp and bright. Black printing is quick and flawless. If you are willing to put the effort into installing this printer, you’ll be happy with the end results. Good solid basic printer. Great for printing layouts of catalogs for clients for review and marking corrections. I only wish that the black cartridge was larger like the previous model like at my employer, which is working well after 10 plus years. I really want to give it a 4.5 rating. Simple to set up. Highly recommended for basic, printing.

The Epson WorkForce WF-7210 is an excellent printer for photo, advertisement, posters and other creative projects it offers quite a bit of functionality like dual side printing, borderless printing Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct plus Ethernet and even offer NFC for the ultimate connectivity options is very useful doing my experience i was able to connect my smartphone and laptop device quickly with no hassle. Printer setup from unboxing to actually using the printer for project took less than an half hour. I am a above average technology, but the printer is convenient enough for the average user as well. Epson provides very detailed instructions for operating and setting up printer for the first time. Secondly, this Epson WorkForce WF-7210 including several additional features in the setting options to really customize your ideal printing style or needs; from altering the border dimensions and increase text and photo quality, speed and type of paper for the printing style such as even envelopes. The PrecisionCore printing technology is very impress printing results are stunning on inkjet premium gloss paper!. Which greatly enhances the visual presence, object and value of print assisting to create a truly vivid image that really pops! The printer is an excellent addition to my current printer. Also WorkForce WF-7210 has generous paper capacity of 500 pages. One of small improvement suggestions would be for the printer to come with a trial size of different types of paper as a convinces to consumers. Highly Recommend for speciality printing needs for home and work! I’m very impressed with this printer. I was a bit skeptical at first based on the mixed reviews and was expecting to encounter some issues, but from the detailed set-up instructions I found online, this printer can be set-up very easily. Make sure to download the latest release of software in Lui of using the supplied CD. Once I downloaded the latest software from Epson, the printer set-up went smoothly. Because it can print and scan oversize paper, it is larger than my former printer, so I needed more space for it. Setting it up and connecting it to wi-fi only takes about 10 minutes. The software installation probably takes another 10 minutes. It prints very fast both in black and color, especially, if you are just printing mainly text. I would definitely recommend it if you need or want a printer/scanner combo. Overall, what I like is the size it can print (13X19), its ability to copy, print, scan and fax. I no longer will need to go to a Printer to print or scan a document that is larger than legal size. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

This is a review of Epson’s WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer, capable of printing on paper up to 13 x 19 inches. The printer is considerably larger than an average multifunction printer, but still manageable in normal spaces. The unit has two paper trays, as well as a single sheet paper feeder in the rear. All 3 feed locations can hold paper up to 13 x 19 inches. Both trays can be extended out the front to hold longer paper. Double sides printing is capable from both trays as well. The printer DOES NOT support copying, scanning or faxing as the name suggests. The printer’s box includes the printer, setup instructions, and a CD with drivers. I found set up to be easy and quick. After manually adding the printer to my wireless network using the device’s LCD screen, I confirmed the unit was on the network. Then I test printed a document from my phone. The capability to wirelessly print from my phone is a huge plus for me, especially with larger print capabilities. This saves me unnecessary trips to the office to use the large format printer there. This printer does a great job on photos as well. My overall impression of this printer is really good for the price. The print quality was excellent using the normal paper settings and the operation was quiet. In summary, I like the way this printer performs. Once set up, it prints well, quickly, and quietly. It is ideal for small businesses and home offices especially since it doesn’t have to be tethered to the computer. I have mine setup in another room for convenience. The only thing I think that’s missing are scanner and copying capabilities and if you rely on your current printer for these options you will need to keep using it as well, otherwise this printer does a really good job. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

The WF-7210 can be a bit fussy until you get used to the set-up. Most operations are chosen through the 2″ X 1″ interactive screen with up and down buttons. You can choose automatic paper feed to from the 2 cassettes and/or the back feed, but I find it works better to use the computer’s print window to make that choice. The cassettes are pretty flexible and will hold a variety of sizes of paper but only up to 11″ X 17″. I was disappointed to learn that printing on the full width, 13″ X 19 ” requires the back slot. Only one sheet at a time can be inserted and printed AND you must load the print information first and wait for the “load paper” sign to come up in the window. The manual does not come with the printer, just a set-up guide. It is helpful to read the manual before using the machine, but you have to go to Epson support to see it. Since it is 200 pages, it is a bit much to print out. The machine is huge, both width and height, so from a sitting position, it can be difficult to reach over it to properly feed paper in the rear slot. When larger than standard paper is loaded into the cassettes, they stick out farther than the front of the machine, taking even more room. Paper jams, should they happen, are easy to remove, either through the top lid or an easy to remove back section. I was a bit concerned about having only three colors and black since I am an artist and am fussy about color. However, even in that arena, I am pleasantly surprised at the color achieved. Over all, I am happy with my purchase and look forward to lots of printing.

I got this printer and we set it up last week. It is amazing! The set up was easy, no problem. Instructions were very easy to understand too. I like the look of it and how fast it is. Very much worth the price if you do lots of printing. My favorite parts are how easy it was to set up to the wireless-so simple, and that it holds a lot of paper so you aren’t having to fill it all the time. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”
