Epson makes great papers, which are even better when using with an Epson printer since the profiles are already loaded. It all depends on the kind of finish you want-they pretty much fill all the slots.

I use this paper for many work and volunteer projects. I found that B&H does the best job of carefully packing this product, which is important due to the larger size. If not packaged correctly, the corners of the paper can be crunched and cause problems loading properly in your printer.

I’ve always loved Epson’s double-sided matte paper. It’s very reasonable AND it’s great to be able to use both sides for proofing prints or making notecards that need printing on both sides. The quality and value of this single-sided matte is just as good, but I’d like to know if Epson is going to bring back the double-sided paper,

I’ve been using Matte HW, now Premium Presentation Paper Matte, for a long time. It’s always been reasonably priced, it has excellent archival qualities, and it looks great in a frame. Big feature for me is being able to get it in standard photo paper sizes of 8×10 and 11×14. That means it fits nicely in standard precut mats. It’s my default printing paper and has been for seven years.

I needed 8 X 10 this is all I could fine. Not as heavy as the ultra premium which has a better finish. It does not come in 8 X 10, only 8.5 X 11.
