We have used this for nice photos for medical photography, it receives ink well enough to do the job. The paper is a little flimsy to hold, which takes away from its viewing experience when being viewed by itself next to a referral letter. Occasionally one page will slip through with another, directly behind it in our Epson XP-960 printer, so we catch extra pages coming through every 20 pages or so, but they generally are exactly behind the page being printed on and dont seem to interfere with the overall quality of the print made.

Tested this paper against Epson Ultra Premium Glossy, which costs more than twice what this paper does. Used the same settings on my Epson ET-8500, aside from the ICC profile and paper type. Printed the standard Datacolor test image. Examined using a D50 light designed for print evaluation. Examined fine detail using a 10x loupe and a 3x magnifying glass. Bottom line: couldn’t tell the difference in color, contrast, or fine detail. If you’re not overly concerned with longevity then why spend more?
