I really enjoy this paper type. It comes out very sharp and clean looking and is especially easy to use! The only critique I have is that the pictures printed on the paper seem to come out darker then they are supposed to be. Besides that, my pictures look great!

I was thrilled to find the 8×10 paper in a 250 sheet boxed big pack — 250 sheets $I saved over $200 and have enough 8 x 10 for several years of printing. Epson should provide big economy packs for all thier popular photo paper sizes?

Years ago I paid a few dollars more for a lower grade of Epson 13×19 paper so I was quite pleased with the substance of this heavier paper. And, of course, the images looked great. I wish it were as easy finding mats and frames for this aspect ratio.

Works great for making highly detailed large inkjet prints from the 4×5 color negs I scanned. Would probably opt for a fiber based inkjet paper next time. Easy to use, and colors stay true to screen display if your set up is calibrated.

I use Epson printers (1400 and 3880) and Epson inks, so I have proceeded on the assumption that all of these products were engineered to work together. I have not seen any results that suggests otherwise. Using the native profiles in the printers has produced acceptable results, although I’ve found that hardware profiling monitors, printers and papers is the only way to get a really close match between screen and paper. I assume that custom profiling any paper would produce a good result, but I am so pleased with the contrast, saturation, and finish on this paper that I use it exclusively anytime I want a gloss finish. Can’t compare it to anything else because I haven’t used anything else to any appreciable degree. The few times I’ve been forced to use other papers I wasn’t nearly as happy with the result. I don’t feel the need to do a careful comparison because, as my Dad always said, If it ain’t broke, don’t go fixin’ it.
