I’ve read reviews that said it was hard to tell which side was whiter… it’s not. One side is bright white and the other side is definitely not as bright. It’s nice paper and a good value.

I’ve been using Premium Presentation Paper for years. Skeptically tried this Ultra Premium Presentation Paper. Guess what? It really IS better. Quite a bit better. Now I’m a convert- only Ultra Premium Presentation Paper for me, going forward.

4 stars instead of 5 because of the shipping company. I love this paper! I use it for my small poster printing business and get a lot of good feedback about the paper quality. B & H Photo did an excellent job of packing it too, but the shipping company UPS managed to damage the box badly, even putting a bad nick into the paper itself.

I’m a photographer and I think it’s very important to print your work, but I can’t see getting too fussy about the everyday prints I make at home-this paper is great for that purpose. It works well for color and B&W prints and the cost means I don’t cringe too much if I waste a sheet here or there. I like the feel of it in my hands and wouldn’t hesitate to use it for just about anything other than a serious gallery exhibit. It will be my go-to paper into the foreseeable future.

My go-to paper for archival prints that will hang on the wall is Epson Legacy Fibre. I tested a half dozen Epson papers and found Legacy Fibre to be the preferred paper for color and black and white prints in blind selections by three people. I use it for proofs and final when I am making prints that will be displayed. However, it is expensive and has to be fed one sheet at a time. Therefore, I bought the Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte to use for proof prints when I am working Blurb and MagCloud books and magazines. It is an excellent paper for that use. It runs through the top feeder of my Epson P800 printer. It produces a reasonably good quality print on medium weight paper that holds up to being moved around on the pinboard that I use to set up sequences; and it is relatively inexpensive. I would not use it for display prints. Legacy Fibre remains my choice for those. For bulk prints, though, this is now my paper of choice.

Beautiful color is a given. The finish is an ultra matte that I’ve had mistaken for paintings and pastels. My top choice for wildlife photography. Downside – it’s expensive and it drinks ink like a wino drinks ripple.

I used to use premium luster paper for printing pictures for three inch buttons. I discovered that the matte paper was not only easier to cut, but it also appeared to have the same quality as the premium luster at a much cheaper cost.

This paper prints beautiful photos with great tones in both b/w and color (great blacks too!) I use it w/ the Epson 1400. I much prefer this matte paper to the satin and gloss. Print any subject– people, animals, landscapes–they look incredible. I’ve framed many images. I gave this paper 4 stars only b/c I haven’t tested the longevity of the prints personally (i.e. looking at them in a few years). Definitely recommend this paper!

If you have an Epson printer then you can’t go wrong. If you are looking for an alternative to glossy stock but hate the quality of regular paper then you should be using this. I use it for CD inserts as well as photos for family and other uses. I find the quality equal to the glossy photo paper, just on matte which resists fingerprints.
