With a popular E-type luster surface, Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster will provide digital printmakers with images that mimic the look of traditional silver halide prints. This polyethylene-coated RC base will also deliver outstanding color saturation for vivid prints and it features a basis weight of 240 gsm as well as a thickness of 10 mil. The paper will dry instantly for immediate handling and it offers an opacity of 97% and a brightness of 97%. Additionally, it features a gloss level of 16% at 60°.
This paper is available here as a 50-pack of A3 11.7 x 16.5″ sheets.

I love this paper and use it with my Epson 3880. The prints are awesome. The paper was delivered quickly and packaged well. It is always a pleasure ordering from B&H Photo.

I use this paper along with Epson Ulta Premium Glossy paper to print photos for albums and display. Photos come out sharp and beautiful, but make sure both your software (eg Photoshop or Nikon Capture NX2) settings are correct. You may need to experiment by printing small (say 1×2) test prints on the paper before commiting to a larger print for display. This paper is not meant to be used for uncorrected point and shoot digital prints.

I am primarily a nature and landscape photographer. Epson Ultra Premium Luster paper, especially when paired with Epson’s Professional 3880 printer, make my photos pop while keeping the colors as I saw them on my monitor. Highly recommend!

I print on an Epson 3800 Pro printer and always get consistent results when using Epson paper. Even with profiles, I can’t always rely that the tones and colors with other papers will be what I expect. Since I also have large prints made commercially, printing at home on lustre paper gives me good idea of the output on a larger Epson.

I have enjoyed using Epson Premium Luster for years. It displays colors faithfully and has a slight sheen that makes colors look great.

One of the best for black and white prints.

I recently took down a show of framed prints that had been up for 3 months and was shocked to find many of them had ghosting. Not sure what it was, I did some web research and it turns out unless you CURE the printsEpson suggest at least 24 hours with sheets of plain paper between the printsthe result can be disastrous. The ink volatiles continue to evaporate and then condense between the print (RC paper is relatively nonabsorbent) and the glass. Further research suggests that even when following the Epson recommended curing procedure (NOT packaged in the paper!), trouble will probably result. I’m now faced with reprinting on a different (non-RC) paper and trying to clean the crude off the expensive non-glare glass. Has no one else had this problem?!?!

I use this paper for prints in my gallery shows. It has great color representation and doesn’t glare like glossy paper. I love it. On the other hand, it is expensive.

I am currently taking a digital photography class and my teacher specifically told us to get Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper. She said that in her opinion it is the best…. I don’t have much to compare it to but my pictures sure look great!!

Best paper to use with a large epson professional photo printer! It makes the most beautiful prints! And it’s A3 size. B&H is where I buy all of my photography needs- paper, lens’s camera bodies, ink, extras- all of it. They r a company I trust and use exclusively!

I’ve used UPL papers for years. They are clean, don’t call attention to themselves, straight-forward. I have used them with the same custom profile from Digital Dog in color for 5 years without need for adjustment, and the Epson Advanced B/W comes true every time.

I use this luster photo paper to print b&w. and it’s amazing. the black just so rich and so is the color. I think this is better than the glossy paper.

I find the finish that is on the Luster paper to be the best, for my type of photography at least. It gives me a ‘real’ look without any thing or any subject looking phony or artificial. I do use the ‘fine art’ or ‘watercolor’ once in a while for certain subjects but for 99% of my work i use the ‘luster’.

The surface is just what I’d expect from ‘luster’. Fed it through the manual feed on my new Epson XP860 without problem. The print I made was very good. Good highlights and color. I think the darker shadows got muddy sooner than some more expensive paper, but what do you expect?
