For photographers who want a flat matte surface, Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper Matte is a great choice with its bright whites and ability to preserve shadow detail. The alpha cellulose paper features a heavy basis weight of 192 gsm along with a thickness of 10.3 mil. Also, it has a high rated brightness of 104% that helps highlights look their best.
This paper is available here as a 100-pack of 13 x 19″ sheets.

I first used this product in school – they taught us how to print on Matte paper, and while I know there are plenty of options (some fancier and much more expensive), I’ve found that this has worked quite well for me. I’ve always preferred matte to glossy, personally, and once it’s in a frame under glass, it looks spectacular. Highly recommend it.

My standby for reviewing my images. Good whiteness. Good color. Good longevity. Sturdy.

I needed to get three images onto one sheet of quality paper…Epson to the rescue. I had used their 8.5 x 11 sheets and decided to try out the larger format. I could not be anymore pleased.

I am planning for a show of my work and am planning to print some of my photos on 13×19 enhanced matte paper. The remaining photographs I plan on using luster finish. I print in both black and white and color/ I like the weight of them

Nice heavy paper, good quality at a fair price.

Not happy with print of photos. Almost impossible to tell which is the whiter side for printing. Won’t buy again.

I have printed nature and wildlife prints on epsons enhanced matte paper using a cannon i9900 printer. The results are incredible. This bright white paper produces rich and true color reproduction. The high archival properties make this paper a good choice for displaying prints.

Beautiful color is a given. The finish is an ultra matte that I’ve had mistaken for paintings and pastels. My top choice for wildlife photography. Downside – it’s expensive and it drinks ink like a wino drinks ripple.

I have dozens of boxes of papers for printing high resolution photos and fine art but this is all I use anymore! Great paper, great price many applications. I only wish it came in rolls.

I’ve been using this paper for at least 5 years. It’s dependable and gives a lovely matte surface for matte ink. That’s why I buy it in bulk!

Great stuff, two sides with four edges and ink sticks to it

This is good inexpensive paper. Good D-Max for a mat surface. I use a lot of it.

Ultra Premium Presentation Matte is a good proofing paper for Epson fine art matte papers printed on Epson printers. That should be its primary purpose. Black areas are a mess, but you have to overlook that because it wont look that way on the final paper.

I am an experienced B&W darkroom printer, but new to digital printing. This paper was recommended for learning the craft and later, for proofing my work. If this is inexpensive paper just to get me started, I can’t wait to see what my work will look like on the ‘good stuff’, because to my eye, the results were excellent. This UPP paper has a nice surface and decent weight, and took the ink well.

I used this paper to print my favorite photos from Alaska. The color and detail are excellent.

I used to use premium luster paper for printing pictures for three inch buttons. I discovered that the matte paper was not only easier to cut, but it also appeared to have the same quality as the premium luster at a much cheaper cost.

I use this paper to produce my own limited edition prints on an Epson Fine Art printer. Works great…nice finish and feel. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that while the top and bottom (flat sides) of the box received great bubble wrap protection, the ends did not. And obviously the carrier dropped it on the corner which damaged many of the sheets. I can still use them for small prints, but feel disappointed. Thanks for fast service and a great price!

I use this paper to print Proofs of the artwork that I photograph. My customers use the proofs in their physical portfolios that they show to galleries.
