I very much prefer matte paper to glossy for subjects like flowers and landscapes. iuse it whenever I want the subject’s colors to reproduce in a softly muted way. Epson Enhanced Matte Paper is heavyweight, reproduces colors beautifully and is incredibly inexpensive. Perfect for more artistic images.

I use this for cards. Smooth matte on one side and not printable on the other. It is nice heavy paper that fits cards quite well. I pay about $9 per box and using Canon Pixma 9500 pigment printer.

I have Epson 3800 and was looking for Matte media. EMP was ok for color/matte prints, however the B&W shots came out too cold and dull. Next time I’m buying Velvet Matte (more $, but worth it).

I have been using the Epson Matt, Ultra Premium Presentation paper for years and I find it cosistantly good for my applications. I use it primarily for printing color photos of artwork for art class instruction and greeting cards at Christmas time.

We use this paper for printing lower-priced giclee prints and for proofing before printing on more expensive paper. Since Epson changed the names of their papers (this used to be Enhance Matte) you have to be careful to order the right one. Got the wrong one last time. There are two grades of Presentation Paper, so be aware.

I use this paper for printing my photographic images. The paper provides a very nice matte finish with deeply saturated blacks and colors. The comparative price of the paper is very low considering the quality of the images and the paper itself. The only thing that might be argued about the paper is the archival standards, though at around 75 years it is far better for longevity than the old standard C-prints.

Although there are many choices for paper on the market I have consistently gotten good results from this Epson papes. This paper was designed for Epson printers and inks which is all I use. Great price, great results and dependability, what is not to like?
