The resin-coated base is also easily handled with a basis weight of 252 gsm, or 68 lb, and a thickness of 10.4 mil. Also, the smudge- and water-resistant media features a rated opacity of 97% and a brightness of 92%.

I usually print on Epson luster paper. Recently, one of my customers specified glossy for 5×7 prints. I was very pleased with how the images printed on glossy paper. So much so that I am now offering glossy along with luster finish on my order form. I also liked that the sheets are 5×7. I usually have to cut the Epson luster paper into 5×7 size. I print on an Epson 3800 from PS.

For those who are new to printing, be sure to download the paper printing profiles for your printer. I have never been dissatisfied with the results, Great colors. The paper also stands up to water, so don’t worry if they happen to get wet.
