Using a smooth high gloss finish, this paper will help you bring out the best in your photographs. The resin-coated base is also easily handled with a basis weight of 252 gsm, or 68 lb, and a thickness of 10.4 mil. Also, the smudge- and water-resistant media features a rated opacity of 97% and a brightness of 92%.

I have used a number of Epson paper but find this an excellent paper for display and contest. I prefer Premium glossy for contest , the image always look sharper for the judges.! I use it in a Epson Sure Color P800 and before in a Epson 3880, both 17 wide printers… select the proper profile and you will have a great image…!..Don

Quality is perfect with my Epson Stylus Photo R3000. On bench test, exactly the same color rendition than Ultra Premium Glossy Paper, but thiner. Could be a better choice even if you sell your prints. BH price is perfect.

what do you do with a $50 gift certificate to B&H? Can’t get that new SLR you always wanted, or the great telephoto lens, or that graphite tripod but you can get nice paper and I like the epson papers. I like their color rendition, the contrast and the size. The latter in part because precut frame sellers love the 11X14 opening and for an amateur who is retired and not rolling in dough it is perfect.

You can buy more expensive paper, but I’m not sure you’ll notice the difference unless you’re a museum curator. This paper works brilliantly every time I use it. Great color rendition. Great quality. Good heft. I print large format all the time and this is my go-to photo print stock.

I personally prefer the Ultra Premium Luster, but some clients prefer glossy….so thats what I give them when they ask for it. I use Epson papers almost exclusively in my Epson 3800.
