For my abstract art photography, it enhances the painterly quality of some pieces & produces good color range. I don’t use it for black and white printing because it’s not a high contrast paper.

I tried this paper as I had a project to do but not much money to spend. The colors come out vivid and the blacks are very strong for a matte paper. I have used this with a Canon Pro9000 (Using the Canon Matte Paper profile) and Epson 1400. Both worked equally well with this paper. Of coure the color accuracy is better using the 1400 with the Epson profile.

Good price but box comes broken or damaged in one of the corners every time since the last four orders and the paper becomes unusable for selling prints since it’s creased in one corner. I talked to BHphoto several times about this issue to no avail. I guess they became too big to care. Let me clarify that the shipping box is fine, it’s the paper box that is damaged. I’m giving them one last chance before changing suppliers.

This is my go to matte paper for everyday printing. But it is also suitable for framed fine-art images. It is too light weight to be considered a true fine-art paper, but behind glass and up on a wall it is virtually impossible to distinguish from many other more expensive smooth white matte papers. Blacks are quite deep for a matte paper. This paper is capable of producing very vivid colors. To my eyes, the paper contains OBA’s, which I consider a negative. At 10 mils thick and 192 g per square meter, stiffness and heft is only adequate in 8 1/2 x 11 and smaller sheets. It is a bit light for larger sheets unless framed.

The product was used for digital imaging art class, the paper totally fit the color profile of the computer, and the thickness of the paper is just right. Obviously, there’s something to be said for using luster instead for that photo quality look, but for around half the price, this is just as good of an option.

Colors are accurate on this matte paper, however they lose one star due to unclean cut edges and paper debris in the package. James quite often with the Epson R3000 when loading 40 plus sheets at once.

Great value in an every day type paper choice. Love the matte finish, and the thickness is just about right on. Use it for all my first ups and proofing, then go to higher end paper such as Moab Entrada for print sales.
