You must create a custom profile to get good results using this paper. Also, it can be difficult to tell the good side of the paper from the back side.

The Enhanced Matte Paper’s bright white and texture is perfect for printing my wildlife photography, giving it a beautiful natural appearance. There isn’t anything I can think of that is a negative about the paper. It is surprisingly wonderful to print on! Thoroughly satisfied!!

This is a good product for the price. It would be a 5 star product if it could be printed both sides like their Premium Presentation Matte. The color gamut is way better than the Premium Presentation Matte product and images look crisper due to the high white level. Blacks also look better.

I bought this paper for my Studio Photography class in college. It’s a great printing paper for black and white pictures and not-so-vivid color pictures. You need to have in mind when buying Matte Paper that your pictures will need some correction because of the brightness, or lack of brightness should I say, of the paper. It isn’t that difficult and the results are excellent. Great blacks and dark tones, perfect whites, accurate contrast. When using it with colors you should add some more saturation, but overall the results is really good as well. Epson Matte Paper is also better for exhibitions, it has no reflections whatsoever. Totally recommended.

Bought this paper to run tests for color enlargements on fine art paper, color and contrast are excellent,skin tones are very good dmax falls short. Does not hold a candle to Velvet Fine art,which is the best for exhibition prints, but at a much higher price. Bottom line, great paper but not the best, Excellent quality/price ratio.

I use this paper for printing my photographic images. The paper provides a very nice matte finish with deeply saturated blacks and colors. The comparative price of the paper is very low considering the quality of the images and the paper itself. The only thing that might be argued about the paper is the archival standards, though at around 75 years it is far better for longevity than the old standard C-prints.
