We use it for fine art prints and the quality is just perfect! The only negative I have to say is with regards to the packaging, could be made easier to move in and out, thanks!

I was a little intimidated by the size at first, but this paper is perfect for my photography class. As an undergrad, it is a good amount of paper that will go a long way. It is a bit heavy but not too bad. I think other photography students will find great use of this paper. The luster finish gives an amazing look for your finished products. I would recommend this to anyone.

I use Epson Premium Luster paper exclusively. B&H is prompt and the price is right. Their prompt deliveries mean I don’t have to inventory paper.

This paper is the perfect weight and a nice matte finish. Not too shiny but not to flat. Looks great.

i enjoyed this paper. a good all-around paper that looks nice with color and black and white. the tones aren’t as rich as higher end papers, but definitely a great product for the price.

I have been printing and showing large format photos on this paper for about 3 years and have always been impressed by the results and archival characteristics. Many of my prints are 40×60.My only misgiving was that these were not traditional C-prints and that galleries would not want to handle pigment prints. But, on a recent trip to NYC I was really pleased to see how much large format gallery work was pigment. It makes sense and I am so glad to see this prediction is finally coming true!

I use this paper with the Epson Stylus Pro 7900 printer and Epson inks. After calibrating my monitor’s color space with the printer, camera and Adobe CS5, I was amazed with the results. It took a while to learn how to manage the complete system, but, I am now making high quality 24 x 36 inch prints that are very sharp even when viewed as close as ten to twelve inches.

I recently bought an Epson 7900 printer, a big step up for me. I am using this paper in this size to judge the quality of my images enlarged from the native 5D Mark ii raw format. This is an economical way to do that. It is Epson paper on an Epson printer and images translate easily from screeen to printed page. Setting aside archival issues, I would have no problem framing and hanging these images on a wall anywhere …. they look quite beautiful on this paper.

This paper is gorgeous! The surface is great for pretty much any prints. I used to buy the semigloss, but I started using this, and the highlights come out a lot less harsh. Good, heavy weight, doesn’t crease easily. Just printed several 24×36 prints for an exhibition on this paper, and they look fabulous!

I print landscapes on my Epson 4800 printer and use only Premium Luster paper for the results. It seems to show details a little bit better than Gloss. M Pfau

I switched to Premium Luster after a long affair with Premium Semi-Gloss. It had to do with the fact that I started printing on my 7880, which uses 24 wide rolls. I was forced to do this since Epson decided to downgrade their Semi-Gloss from a thickness of 250 to 170. Of course, the thinner paper is easily bruised, nicked, scratched, etc. I am delighted with the Premium Luster, which is a truly premium paper, rendering excellent color and full gradations in the shadow areas. And the surface is perfect for just about any subject.

I used the paper because I was trying Epson Paper for exhiition prints. This paper is very light-weight. It flexes easily and dimples are easily formed as you move it from printer to table. Tonight I made a B&W print and found the blacks not as deep and rich as more expensive papers I have previously used by other manufactors. I would only recommend using as a proofing paper, as if proofing of 44X64 is almost unreasonable. On the positive side I found the colors acceptable. So this is a good paper for me to learn how to operate my new Epson 9900, but I could never use in a museum show or sell a print to a collector.

Not too glossy, not too dull. This paper is perfect for just about any image. Epson consistently provides great products at reasonable prices.

I have been a regular and very satisfied user of Premium Luster paper by Epson for several years. It is, without question, the best all around photo print paper on the market today.

I am a BFA Studio art major concentrating in photography and this paper was well worth the expense. I’ve spent my entire college and photographic career using epson premium papers but usually in sheet format. Now that I have used this roll I probably will not go back to using sheet. In comparison to buying boxes of sheet paper this roll will save you money. Its a little akward to unload and load especially with the mounds of tape and extra boxes that protect it but then again that is worth it too since your paper is more protected than the sheet version which is prone to dents if something is moved wrong. As far as picture quality it is stunning. Blacks are always rendered beautifully as well as the whites and the images are always very crisp. However I do not recommend this if you are just printing very few small images at a time. My artwork tends to be either very large or I do alot at once so this was a good choice for me. However if you’re looking for paper that is good for everyday uses or just one or two small prints here or there I wouldn’t recommend it. I would go with a smaller roll.

Well priced paper for work prints, testing color, and making larger sized prints for fun. Definitely not exhibition paper.
