This 44″ x 100′ roll of Premium Luster Photo Inkjet Paper from Epson is a resin-coated medium with a 260 gsm and a 10 mil thickness which provide a durable photo feel. This instant drying paper produces vivid, lifelike images similar to traditional silver halide prints. I am a BFA Studio art major concentrating in photography and this paper was well worth the expense. I’ve spent my entire college and photographic career using epson premium papers but usually in sheet format. Now that I have used this roll I probably will not go back to using sheet. In comparison to buying boxes of sheet paper this roll will save you money. Its a little akward to unload and load especially with the mounds of tape and extra boxes that protect it but then again that is worth it too since your paper is more protected than the sheet version which is prone to dents if something is moved wrong.As far as picture quality it is stunning. Blacks are always rendered beautifully as well as the whites and the images are always very crisp.However I do not recommend this if you are just printing very few small images at a time. My artwork tends to be either very large or I do alot at once so this was a good choice for me. However if you’re looking for paper that is good for everyday uses or just one or two small prints here or there I wouldn’t recommend it. I would go with a smaller roll.

This roll works great with my Epson R3000 and is easy to use. Only downfall is not having a built in cutter for the printer. Coloring came out great and the image looks incredible printed on it.

The luster finish is great for all types of photography, black and white and color as well. The ink dries pretty quick and I’ve never had a smudging or fingerprint problem. The only complaint is it is difficult to get the paper to flatten out and if you roll it the opposite way it can get waves or kinks in it.

This paper is gorgeous! The surface is great for pretty much any prints. I used to buy the semigloss, but I started using this, and the highlights come out a lot less harsh. Good, heavy weight, doesn’t crease easily. Just printed several 24×36 prints for an exhibition on this paper, and they look fabulous!

the size is great, i can print two 8X10’s side by side while still getting a nice 1inch border as well as having the option to print much bigger. The finish lends itself to many different types of photographs, making it a great paper to buy 100 feet of. I do a lot of black and white and color work, this paper makes my prints looks great, keeps a lot of detail and is cheap enough to buy on a students budget.
