Great for printing panoramas, if, and a big IF, you can figure out how to configure your printer, in my case an Epson 2880. The paper itself is fine, just like the sheet paper. I wasted quite a bit of my first roll trying to get the hang of printing through Qimage. Also beware, roll paper tends to stay rolled, even after you print on it! Other than that great stuff! You will like it.

Good proofing paper that I use to see my digital images translated to physical prints. Not the highest quality paper, but great for making sketch prints when you don’t have a lot of money to shell out.

I use the paper to make panoramic prints and proof images for larger printing. I have no complaints about this paper.

It’s simple. You want really decent lustre paper and don’t have alot to spend. This is your paper. It’s not amazing but is amazing for the price

I’ve been using this paper for many years. I find it best for printing commercial photography assignments, such as architectural shots and product shots. It will print portraits well but the lighter weight of the paper does not make the best impression on a client when holding a print. I print using roll paper for my commercial work. Print curl does not go away easily, if ever. But I print many five foot wide panos and the print curl is less of an issue than with a smaller print. If you will be framing prints there is one very important issue with this paper: don’t frame under glass for at least three days after printing. The paper gasses off and will fog glass if you don’t wait a couple of days before framing. If I wait several days I have not had a problem. This is not an archival paper so I do not recommend it for fine art printing. Very saturated, vibrant colors print well, as do black-and-white images. There is a slightly cool tone to this bright paper. So to sum up it’s a great paper for printing commercial work, but there are better papers for portrait printing, and much better choices for fine art prints. All of these others types of papers are available from Epson.

We run through about 20 100′ rolls of Luster paper per year. It has become our standard portrait paper by which we judge others. Excellent color and detail, with very strong blacks. Beautiful texture cuts down on glare and give the prints a great feel. It is simply an excellent paper.

We use this paper in our Epson Stylus Pro 9890 (which is incredible by the way). Between this paper and this printer, can’t go wrong. This paper gives us excellent detailed prints with longevity. We’ve had problems before with a different brand printer and their paper and our prints fading. Very happy with our Epson choices.

Until recently, Epson printers were the only ones available that allowed printing panoramas. Normally 8.3 x 44 inches. I have found that you can actually print 8.3 x 128 inches. In general, prints between 24 and 30 inches will meet most needs. My next printer will be in a wider format (13 inch) and I will continue with Epson….I have never liked using extreem wide angle lenses do to the inherent distortion of the image. Using Photoshop Elements or Canon’s Photostitch, wide scenics are easy.Another use of the paper is to print multiple small images. I can easily print a summary of images that cover a wedding reception or birthday party. Rather that have many small 4×6 prints sitting around, multiple images can be displayed in one panoramic frame.I have used Epson roll paper in both soft and glossy surfaces. Each is excellent.

I use this paper in my Epson Stylus Pro 9900 and it meets all of my expectations for professional, high quality prints. I use this smaller 10 roll for my test proofs so I don’t waist a bunch of paper when printing with the 24 roll. This size of roll paper is perfect for my test prints before I go large format.

Gorgeous paper makes fantastic prints. Used an Epson 4880 series printer and rocked all day with no problems. Highly recommended!

I’ve found the best paper to use in a large format inkjet printer is to stay with the manufacturers recommendation. I do and my source is from B&H. Always in inventory and quick delivery when ordered!

Use this for regular exhibition prints and special applications (like coated prints). Surface is versatile and prints beautifully.

This is a great paper, more subtle than gloss but it still has pop, and uses the photo black in my printer. The longevity is great with the good printers.

Works great with my Epson 9800 printers.

I absolutely love this paper. I have tried many other brands and I have made my way back to the Epson. I won’t be leaving again. I printed one of my best sunrises on this paper and had it displayed on the front of my booth at an art show last weekend. A couple walked up to admire this shot. They paid me what I consider to be the ultimate compliment. They said this photograph was so vivid and lively they could not believe it was a photograph on photo paper. That pretty much says it all. This paper is a little pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for. This is one of those times.

Epson luster paper is top quality. I love the luster finish, because I am not a big fan of glossy. It is easily comparable to Fugi Lustre paper for chromogenic color prints. It was easy for me to make the switch from film to digital with this paper. The prints look great!

As a photographer specializing exclusively in wedding photography, engagement and bridal portraits, Epson luster photo paper meets and exceeds my customers expectations. The look, feel and weight of the photographs always thrill my customers. I also uniquely use the roll paper version for creating 36×12 panoramic signature mats from engagement sessions which the brides use for family and friends to sign best wishes on the wedding day – a great hit with brides for a wonderful wedding day memento.
