Replicating the appearance and feel of a traditional F-surface darkroom paper, Epson Exhibition Fiber Paper aims to provide users with a beautiful soft gloss finish for their digital prints. A fiber base offers a professional feel with a weight of 325 gsm and thickness of 13 mil, making it an excellent choice for galleries and exhibitions. Also, by utilizing some optical brightening agents the paper is able to reach a whiteness of 147% and a brightness of 111%. This makes it possible to create prints with deep blacks and subtle tonal gradations, suitable for advanced black-and-white printing as well as long-lasting color prints. Additionally, this paper is instant drying.
This paper is available here as a 25-pack of 8.5 x 11″ sheets.

I am using this paper mostly for my own personal work, black and white portraits. The contrast and tones are beautiful, it doesn’t feel quite as significant as a gloss darkroom paper, but it does have the same surface look and feel. I’ve had a test piece on my desk getting thrown around, touched and handled for a week and the image has stayed pristine and the paper itself hasn’t bent or torn.

This is the same wonderful paper that I normally print 17×22. The only problem is this size has trouble loading itself in the sheet feeder on my Epson 3800. Other than that I am in love.

I used this to create an exhibit of my best Paris street photography–shot on film, scanned and printed on the Epson 9890. ‘ couldn’t be happier with the results; feels just like the best double-weight, fiber-based paper I ever used in the darkroom (I’ve been processing & printing my own work since 1972.). Bright whites, deepest blacks; photographs that almost glow. This is my second roll, and I look forward to adding several prints to my exhibit before school starts again in January. Not really a complaint: getting the finished print flat is a challenge–I suppose inevitable with paper this thick from a roll. Again, VERY like fine double-weight traditional printing paper! Epson, don’t stop making this stuff!

Purchased after reading all the positive reviews. This size is excellent. Just got an Epson 3880 and most non-roll papers max out at 17×22. This 24×30 size can be cut down to do semi-panoramic prints 17x 30, or 17×25 etc. Also, terrific look and feel.

I read many reviews where people were receiving paper that had little black specks on them which resulted in flawed prints. The 2 boxes that I received were flawless and I am very happy with the resulting prints. The thickness, feel and look will cause me to never buy luster paper again.

I love the big size..I can now make my own 16×20 prints at home. Terrific look and feel..like a pro print!

I am using this paper with an Epson 3880 and the results are pretty good. Getting borderless prints is tricky – the paper tends to skew. Do NOT feed sheet multiple sheets. As the paper drags across the other sheets in the feeder, it will mar the next sheet and damage the finish. I also set the platen gap to wide in the Epson driver; otherwise, the edges can be rough from the print head (guessing about this). The prints look good, but I prefer something with less shine. I would NOT buy this paper in a roll – it’s very thick and removing any curl would probably be very difficult.

This is a gorgeous paper. I’ve been printing both color and black and white on it. Does anyone have a profile for it for the Epson 3880? Thanks!

This paper is gorgeous. I have printed color and B&W and both look fantastic. I love the heavier weight of this paper over Epson Premium Luster (although that is a great paper also). The “look” of the paper is not glossy, not matte, and not really luster-very similar to Ilford Gold Fibre Silk…but not quite. The images are beautiful. IMO, this paper is worth the price.

Epson’s EFP is an excellent alternative to the silver gelatin hydride papers of the last century. Everything about it, the feel, the weight, the texture. all excellent. Just a note your need to increase saturation by a minimum of 12% and also adjust paper thickness for the printer feeder to 13 ML.

Use this paper for fine art on the Epson 3880 with outstanding results. I really like the heavier weight of this paper over others. The only con I have is not in the paper quality but I don’t understand the 17×22 size. It doesn’t fit any digital image size I know of. A size of 17×26 would be much better.

I read good number of reviews how great this paper is I decided to try it. Epson 2880. The good: This paper renders the images very well, contrast, sharpness, color… all good. The bad: There are always some little specs pilling of the, which is very frustrating. Printer gap is set to max. I cleaned with soft brush and air blower before printing… I did everything by the book. Curls- the edges of this paper will curl big time before print and even more after print. I would not print on this paper anything important.
