This has always been one of my favorite papers. It has a very bright white, which can be a drawback if you don’t like optical brighteners. It works especially well with Black and White, full scale images. The texture is a bit stronger than what I like. Perfect for many images. Take care that dust doesn’t adhere to the paper before printing, but that goes for all inkjet prints.

This paper is fantastic. Ive never made an inkjet image that sits so firmly into the paper. the soft gloss and slight tooth make the image feel like a real chromogenic print. However, check for tiny black specs before you print. The paper is littered with them and will not come off. I hid some in the shadows and it worked ok, but make sure youre using a clean sheet if you are working with lots of highlights. 2 cents..

I am using this paper mostly for my own personal work, black and white portraits. The contrast and tones are beautiful, it doesn’t feel quite as significant as a gloss darkroom paper, but it does have the same surface look and feel. I’ve had a test piece on my desk getting thrown around, touched and handled for a week and the image has stayed pristine and the paper itself hasn’t bent or torn.

Love this paper for all my prints. It’s not glossy enough to be glossy and not matte enough to be matte.

Pretty good paper, still not as beautiful as the old darkroom prints but its must better than the luster.

After I finally unboxed my Epson 3880 (after sitting unopened for over 2 years!) I struggled to get a good print out of it. I was concerned it may be the old ink, but test sheets showed no issues with the head, etc. Of course I used the NEC monitor calibrator, paper profiles, and all the other things that were recommended, but the images came out muddy, dark, and dull. At the time I purchased about 5 different Epson papers that I thought might be good for my type of image but one after another, the only thing that the printer produced were lack-luster images – and no where near like what was on the NEC monitor. Since one of the papers that I purchased was the Exhibition Fiber, I tried that next — I couldn’t believe what a difference that made! The same images that were dull and dark, were now sharp, vibrant, and exactly like the monitor! It was like the printer suddenly came to life. Although I think there might be some images where I may want to use the other paper, for the most part, I’m sold on the Exhibition Fiber.

Great paper for black and white printing (did not try color), but expensive.

It takes ink very well, but you should let the print dry for 24 hrs. before mounting. Just to be safe.

I love the big size..I can now make my own 16×20 prints at home. Terrific look and feel..like a pro print!

This has become my go-to paper for most of my work. It has the feel that clients are looking for, while it displays colors in a rich, vibrant way. It’s been perfect for wedding prints, exhibiting my personal work, and is affordable enough for me to keep my prices competitive. There are a few times that Epson’s Luster has yielded a slightly better result, but that has been exceptionally rare. Honestly, I can’t rate this high enough; if not because I like it, because the clients who pay me LOVE it. Btw, it handles B&W as well as anything I’ve used yet on my 3880.

I’m new both to photography and printing, so pls take this w/ a grain or two of salt. I purchased an Epson Signature Worthy sample pack from B&H when I bought my Epson 3880 about a month ago. Tried several of the papers in the pack, then hit on the Exhibition Fiber, which uses a Photo Black ICC profile. Prints were stunning. Direct comparison against the same image printed on Epson Premium Luster (which is very nice paper) shows deeper, richer colors – and how this can be I don’t know – but the EF has depth to it. I liked the product so much I purchased a pack of 17×22. Like other reviewers here I’ve noticed that the paper is quite delicate. You have to be very careful when handling it to prevent scratching it. Yes it’s expensive and an indulgence, but I feel good about photography when a print on Exhibition Fiber rolls out of my 3880. How much is that worth? And as always, B&H provided great service.

Of the 22 papers that I have tried with my Epson 3880 printer this is the one that is my primary choice for almost all of my images. Results are predictable and never disappointing.; they glow in the dark.

Great paper, wish it was brighter. Don’t stock up too much in humid climates as the edges tent to curl inward and can catch on the print head.

This is a thick paper with a solid feel and nice texture — much better than Lustre. Without a doubt it is Epson’s finest paper ever manufactured. I viewed several prints made with an Epson 9900 and this paper that were beyond description. They were that great! The sharp tones and brilliant colors are terrific. As for this paper being similar to that of papers used by wet darkroom owners, I highly disagree on this point. I had a darkroom for many years. Exhibition Fiber Paper is absolutely nothing at all like the papers I used in that environment. This is not a shortcoming. It is just an observation. Exhibition Fiber Paper is a marvelous product on its own basis.

This is an great paper. It reproduces faithfully what I have on my screen.

I use Exhibition Fiber for all of my serious personal work. The surface is like the old F-surface papers (dried glossy side up). The D-max is excellent, and the paper’s thickness says its substantial.

great paper so far ,i have used half of the 25 sheets great colours

Fine art photographic paper choice is very subjective. The baryta evangelists are all over the board on what they consider the best paper. In my humble opinion the differences are subtle and, yes, personal. This is a great paper. Some say it is too white. White is white and this paper is, white, bright, vibrant, sharp and stunning especially when printed up using Ultrachrome HDR inks on my Epson 7900. I like it. My customers like it. When Epson offered their recent promotion, I snapped up a bunch of it. Too bad it doesn’t come in rolls, but I must admit Epson packages the sheets extremely well, protecting the edges and corners better than any other paper manufacturer I have used. … The profiles from Epson are quite good. This is a very fine paper. I will continue to use it. It sells.

My favorite non-mat finish paper. Mostly print color on this paper but exhibits B&W beautifully as well…
