This is a high quality paper, it renders the colors very nice, it looks more contrasty than Casnon Baryta paper. it is tick and sturdy and it has more texture than baryt papers. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the lack of profile on Epson’s website and there are no good instruction on which media to select (gloss, luster, semi-gloss). Epson should’ve done beter job on this. Something that other reviewers noted: the coating of the paper peels off time to time and you have to re-print.

The paper has very good range, minimal bronzing and gloss differential.

Much happier with Exhibition Fiber than with Lustre, my previous standard paper for printing color landscapes on the 2880 printer. Good whites and deep shadows. I also tested Harmon Gloss FB. These two papers were almost identical, but close inspection (with my admittedly non-technical eye) showed that some ink seemed to be resting on top of the Harmon surface rather than merging properly with the paper as with Exhibition Fiber.

I’m using my first box of 13×19 Exhibition Fiber, printing with the Epson Stylus Photo 2400. I had difficulty figuring out the proper settings to print through the back feeder of the printer (Manual-Roll is correct) and then I had issues with dust or dirt on the paper. I had previously not had dust problems with Epson Ultra Premium Luster. I’m now examining each sheet before printing and wiping any specs off with a soft brush. Seems to be working well. The paper prints very similarly to Ultra Premium Luster, so I am doing all my testing with that paper, using the same profile, and using the more expensive Exhibition Fiber for final prints for framing. What I love is that, with the Exhibition Fiber’s 13 mil thickness, I finally have an Epson 13×19 paper I can mount and frame by simply using archival corner mounts, leaving the print removable. The paper remains flat in the matted frame. The 10 mil Ultra Premium Luster gets wavy when framed with this method, and the only way I can get an acceptable framed product with that paper is to dry mount the print, a totally non-archival process.

This is great paper for portfolios it is thick so great for handling. The only problem I have with it is the slight tooth or texture the paper has. It is not totally smooth. That being said I still use and love it.

I am using this paper to print color photos on an Epson Stylus Pro 3880. When investigating paper to use for prints that will be hung as artwork in a hotel, I compared a test on Exhibition Fiber with prints on Epson Ultra Premium Luster paper. Everyone who saw the prints agreed that the paper base, the clarity and intensity of the colors, the weight of the paper, and the surface texture of the Exhibition Fiber are all superior. I love the look and feel of this paper! As other people have mentioned in their reviews, I did find that some of the sheets had a few very tiny black or gray spots on them, about the size of a pencil lead. For that reason, I put my rating at 4 stars instead of 5. Many of the sheets had none of these dots, and of those that did, most had only one or two. Maybe two or three sheets out of the package had three-to-five spots. By noting where they were, I was able to orient the paper so that the spots fell in an area of the print where they were invisible. So, other than requiring a little extra time and care, the spots did not present an insurmountable problem for me. Still, you would expect Epson to provide flawless sheets in such a high-end paper. My only other complaint is that I wish Epson would offer this paper in 17 x 25 sheets so that we could print images uncropped at 16 x 24. I haven’t tried the paper with black and white prints yet, but I expect it will produce beautiful images.

Since my days in the wet darkroom I have been looking for a paper that I like. Here it is! Prints are beautiful! Great dmax! The icc works well. Good job once again Epson!

After printing out some of my images on this paper. I find it to be more vivid and have nice aesthetic rendering that is more pleasing than Epson’s Glossy and Luster offerings. This paper renders warmer than Epson’s Luster, appears to make greens a bit lusher. When a value is 100% white, there is less appearance of lack of gloss differential versus glossy due to the small scale paper stipple, which I find appealing.

Scott Kelby recommended it and it’s one of the best recommendations he ever made. It’s a top-of-the-line paper.

I am using this paper with an Epson 3880 and the results are pretty good. Getting borderless prints is tricky – the paper tends to skew. Do NOT feed sheet multiple sheets. As the paper drags across the other sheets in the feeder, it will mar the next sheet and damage the finish. I also set the platen gap to wide in the Epson driver; otherwise, the edges can be rough from the print head (guessing about this). The prints look good, but I prefer something with less shine. I would NOT buy this paper in a roll – it’s very thick and removing any curl would probably be very difficult.

This paper produces stunning results. The color, clarity and tone are unmatched. You’ll want to walk into any scene displayed.

Exhib Fiber is excellent for fall landscape images. Crisp colors viewed straight or at an angle. Good weight paper, will not curl. No smearing using Epson 3880 printer.

I was having some issues with a third-party paper in my SCP-800 so I tried the Epson product and am happy to say it worked very well. Nice, bright whites and good density; the prints resemble silver prints on air-dried glossy fiber paper. But that’s the whole point, isn’t it?

This was my first time printing on 13×19 sized paper and I was blown away by the quality of Epson’s exhibition fiber. Although it wasn’t the original paper that I wanted to go with, I ended up settling on it because of its decent price. However, after printing on it and seeing the results it can produce, I’m glad that I did.

Very nice paper, using it for B&W fine prints, and have never had a problem.

I’m using this paper with my Epson 3880 printer. The 3880 does not use roll paper, so I cut it to length up to 37.4 inches on my Rotatrim paper cutter. I’m not reviewing the Rotatrim, but if you do very much paper cutting this thing is worth every cent, http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/45036-REG/Rotatrim_RC_RCM24_24_Mastercut_Professional_Rotary.html. Perfect cuts every time and you can trim an edge so narrow you can hardly see it. Notice I said above 37.4 inches and not 37.5. I had read on one of the forums that the max was 37.5 so that was the first size I tried to print. If you define the paper size to be 37.5, you won’t get an error message, the Epson driver will simply ruin the sheet of paper. I ruined two sheets figuring it out.The surface is similar to Epson’s Luster except better. It reminds me of the surface we used to get on black and white glossy paper when we dried it face up to avoid the shiny gloss finish. The other thing I like is the weight of the paper. Its much heaver than Luster and so it lays flatter. That makes it very to mount without having to glue it to the mounting board. I usually do a museum mount, hanging the print from the top with tape the back of the print then placing the cut mounting board on top. Even large prints stay nice and flat. If I do this with a large Luster print, in time the print noticeably loses it’s flatness. This is my favorite paper. If you like Luster, you will love Exhibition Fiber.

Epson’s Exhibition Fiber Paper is amazing for color or black & white. A beautiful surface, not matte and not gloss, shows your work in wonderful tones and value nuances. You won’t be disappointed!

This has to be Epson’s finest paper. It’s glossy, but it isn’t near to being the glossiest. (I think Harman FB Al wins that contest.) It’s got a nice surface texture too. Overall, it makes prints look great without picking up too much glare. Nice paper.
