I own a printing business and this is my best selling paper. I sometimes use it for my own work as well. Great for color images as well as black and white. Thick, fine art, professional feel.

I came out of the era of the darkroom and see the same quality of print I did from the best papers of the past. What else is there to say?
Candelario Hackett (verified owner) –
I like this paper a lot and use on the 3880 and the images look great.
Heaven Brekke (verified owner) –
Pretty good paper, still not as beautiful as the old darkroom prints but its must better than the luster.

i’m having an exhibition this month and i was able to try this paper. i’ve used hannemles and other fancy ones, also the epson ultrapremium luster: this epson fiber is the best paper for price & quality. hannemules are often very delicate, they tend to scratch so easily. and the ultrapremium epson paper is a dog in comparison, it’s all plastic, also too glossy for my taste. great 13x 19 prints with an epson r2400. i’m so happy.

Great paper for black and white printing (did not try color), but expensive.

Had some photographs of mine displayed at a NYC hotel recently in one of the rooms as a permanent collection. I wheat pasted this paper up on the walls of the room and it came out amazing. I am so happy with this paper.

I love this paper; the resulting images are beautiful. There has been a known issue for some time with this particular paper though. I’ve been working with this paper for years. For each box I order, there are at least 5 or 6 that have black spots on them. They often occur in the area where one would have a border, so it makes the paper unusable. Epson is aware of this issue. After having the problem recur with every single box I’ve purchased, I started saving the unacceptable papers, calling Epson and arranging for an exchange.

I have used this paper for months at photo school. I was using the 8×11.5 but recently started printing larger. It has really great tones and looks glorious. Very vivid professional results with this paper.

Like the finish and weight, general feel of paper. Prints are beautiful. Be sure you do some proof prints before committing this expensive paper to ink.
Jayda Klocko (verified owner) –
Beautiful, high quality, heavy weight paper. I am really pleased with how images look on it. My only complaint is several sheets have had dark specs in them, which I have had to reserve for some of my darker images so they disappear.

For exhibition paper, I wouldn’t expect it to contain little black dots on each page. There aren’t many, but if you look closely there are like 2 or 3 little black dots randomly appearing on each page. We bought this for a class, where 3 other people bought the same paper from B&H; all of them had the dots. However, it’s still a good paper for proofing or portfolios if you don’t mind the dots because of the price. I wouldn’t show them in a gallery though.

I read good number of reviews how great this paper is I decided to try it. Epson 2880. The good: This paper renders the images very well, contrast, sharpness, color… all good. The bad: There are always some little specs pilling of the, which is very frustrating. Printer gap is set to max. I cleaned with soft brush and air blower before printing… I did everything by the book. Curls- the edges of this paper will curl big time before print and even more after print. I would not print on this paper anything important.

This is the same wonderful paper that I normally print 17×22. The only problem is this size has trouble loading itself in the sheet feeder on my Epson 3800. Other than that I am in love.

I have been using this digital paper exclusively. I find the results to be the closest to the silver gelatin papers I printed my black and white film negatives with. True whites and blacks, and I prefer the soft gloss finish.

Great tones for high end printing

This is a thick paper with a solid feel and nice texture — much better than Lustre. Without a doubt it is Epson’s finest paper ever manufactured. I viewed several prints made with an Epson 9900 and this paper that were beyond description. They were that great! The sharp tones and brilliant colors are terrific. As for this paper being similar to that of papers used by wet darkroom owners, I highly disagree on this point. I had a darkroom for many years. Exhibition Fiber Paper is absolutely nothing at all like the papers I used in that environment. This is not a shortcoming. It is just an observation. Exhibition Fiber Paper is a marvelous product on its own basis.

I use this for black and white prints. I will use it for color when I get a photo worthy of printing on this paper. It is a durable paper. It has a great look to it. Anything I am framing I will print on this. Not for all prints because of its price. Epson will send sample prints if you call them.

Love my photo prints on this paper. Clean natural look

This paper gives me beautiful black and white prints with a slightly warm tone from my medium format negatives. They are hard to tell from regular darkroom prints.
