   I’m glad that B&H continues offer inks and other supplies in support of older Epson printer models. Epson ink combined with Epson paper on their printers can’t be beat.

   I have tried other ink and got bad results. The ink works great, but I gave it 4 stars because like every other company’s brand ink, it is way over priced. B&H has the best price, but still too expensive.

   Archival prints from your home/office! Colors can be totally accurate, so long as you have your monitor calibrated and a printer profile specific to your printer and the paper you are using.

    I use matte paper most of the time in my Epson R2400 printer, and this is the ink for all matte papers. I’ve never had a problem with it.

    Would be a perfect product if it wasn’t over priced! Cartridges have a very short life. Not a very economical printer to run if you want to be a profitable photographer.

    The photos and colors produced from these inks are incredible. I prin onto canvas and the response I get from people is, are these artist paintings? The blacks do seem to scratch easier than other colors, and I would like to get more out of a cartridge, but over all, I’m very satisfied.

    All my photo printing is done on an Epson R2400 purchased in August 2007. Since then, I have printed 1512 Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy 5x7s, 138 Epson 8.5x11s, 111 Epson 11.7×16.5s, 2 Epson 13x19s & 28 Epson 4x6s, all on the best quality settings. All this printing included 18.5 Light Magenta cartridges for an average of 81.5 5×7 prints per Light Magenta cartridge. I do not replace ’empty’ cartridges until the R2400 shuts down and refuses to print. I use more of this color than any of the other 8 in the R2400. Love the quality of prints I get from the R2400!

    I use my Epson 2400 with this Ultrachrome Ink to produce archival quality fine art prints. The ink colors are consistently true. The only drawback is the size of the cartridge, but that is determined by the printer itself.
