Great looking ink, just wish my R2400 did not use so much of it!
Lamont Greenfelder (verified owner) –
excellent results—too small a quantity Epson’s only flaw here is the extremely small capacity of these cartridges. the ink produce precisely as expected
Cynthia Goodwin (verified owner) –
This is the ink that you need for this printer, B&H has the best prices.

All my photo printing is done on an Epson R2400 purchased in August 2007. Since then, I have printed 1512 Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy 5x7s, 138 Epson 8.5x11s, 111 Epson 11.7×16.5s, 2 Epson 13x19s & 28 Epson 4x6s, all on the best quality settings. All this printing included 13.5 Light Cyan cartridges for an average of 112 5×7 prints per Light Cyan cartridge. I do not replace ’empty’ cartridges until the R2400 shuts down and refuses to print. Love the quality of prints I get from the R2400!

I see no reason for using anything other than this stock Epson ink, since it looks so good. Once your printer is set up and you have the proper profile for your paper, it will run like a champ with this ink!

Epson UltraChrome inks are the very best and do a great job with printing my photography.

For home or office printing, pigment inks are the best for photographs. Very quick drying times, longevity and excellent color

I have tried other ink and got bad results. The ink works great, but I gave it 4 stars because like every other company’s brand ink, it is way over priced. B&H has the best price, but still too expensive.

The Epson R2400 Printer is a great printer. I only use Epson ink although there are cheaper products available. I have never had a clogging problem even though I have left the printer idle for 4 months. Just switch on and off she ran a perfect test print. Light Light Black Ink is the most used of all the inks, be it a color or mono photo being printed.

Good price … considering the options.

I am a photographer and use Epson ink cartridges for printing photographs with my Epson Photo Stylus R2400 printer. The printer uses a lot of ink so I go through cartridges fairly quickly but I haven’t had a problem with any of the Epson inks clogging or spattering prints. I will continue to buy Epson ink.
