I’m a heavy user and the large cartridges last a long time…in a printer I’ve grown to really like a lot. What else does one say?

Epson inks for Epson pro printing products means you don’t have to build custom profiles for a variety of papers. All reputable paper manufacturers do a decent job profiling to standard vendor ink sets from the major printers. If you have the tools, though, custom profiles are the best. Buying an 8-cartridge set saves money, as Epson inks are quite expensive, and the B&H price is quite good. Delivery was quite fast from B&H. The only downside: no control over expiry dates. My shipment had 7 cartridges with 18-month expiry dates, but one had only 6 months, and it is the color that gets used less than the others. Initiating an exchange is possible but they don’t guarantee the replacement date will be any better. It seems B&H could exercise better control over their stock while assuring customers their inks will be consistently fresh. (Epson can furnish these inks with 36 month expiry dates but you pay retail.)

When you need ink you need ink.

I ordered a complete set of these cartridges for my Epson 3880 along with other items. Everything came in a large box (I had also ordered a box of Epson 17×22 paper) and the cartridges had been thrown in loose. I guess they moved around a lot during shipping because the cartridge boxes were banged up. I’m hoping this doesn’t affect their performance.

I use only Epson ink in my 3880. I don’t need problems with my printer and I think this is one way to minimize them. The cartridges work, I have no problems, what’s not to like?

I use this ink with an Epson 3800 printer. Still produces beautiful prints after many years.

I have an Epson 3880 printer which I use for printing my digital photos. I buy only Epson inks. These inks work fine for my printing. This size seems to be more or less the most economical I have used.

Comes from Epson, works great

I am consistently impressed with the quality of the Epson inks. I’ve been using them in a Epson Pro 3880 printer without a single issue for a few years. The printer will occasionally sit idle for a month or more and it fires up without any clogging issues at all. I’ve never even needed to run a head cleaning routine. Two thumbs up for a great product!

Fine art and commericalphotography Combined with the other blacks it gives the closest to silver prints yet.

I like Epson inks but I find them expensive

B&H has it down!

I bought this ink from Amazon initially because it was convenient, but the cartridge DID NOT FIT INTO THE SLOT. All the markings on the box looked authentic, but alas, I had to return it. No problem however with cartridge from B&H.

I use an Epson Pro Stylus 3800 with Ultrachrome K3 pigment-based inks. The inks are perfect with Epson papers. These are not glossy, highly saturated, rapid drying, non-clogging and archival.

I use this with my Epson 3880, never had a problem. Find these inks to be better than most labs I’ve sent out prints with!
