   It’s twice the size of my earlier Epson printer’s cartridge. The colors I get on my prints are clean and crisp. I am happy with Epson inks.

   I have mixed reviews about this Epson printer and it’s inks. The ink is much too expensive and does not last very long. It also has a tendency to clog the jets if not used frequently, requiring a huge waste of ink to clean the heads. I have a small photography business and it is difficult to charge my customers enough to recover the cost of the ink and paper. I also am ordering this cartridge because the other brand new one I purchased could not be recognized by the printer. this is not the first time. Throwing away a cartridge this expensive ($40.00 by the time you pay taxes) does not make me feel happy with the product.

   It is a little pricey to use the Epson inks, but in my photo class we were taught how to make test strips to conserve paper and ink. The printer seems to use up the Light Lt Black faster than the other inks. My black and white prints came out great.

    The ink is the ink and it is a fine product. My review is more about the staff in the printer paper & ink department on the second floor. They are excellent, and have always provided me with superior customer service. Thank you.

    So far it appears to be a great printing experience with the inks that came with the printer. This was purchased for backup ink cartridges when the others run out. Not sure how long they are going to last at this point so we need to keep backups around.

    While Epson makes, in my opinion, the best printing systems available, you really shouldn’t use third party brands of ink with any Epson printers, it’s just too risky. This particular order arrived late, however, B&H has had what I need when I need it and they did ship the order on time. Package arrived in good shape with proper padding in the box.
