   Every cartridge I’ve ordered from B&H since April gives an error message when I turn the printer on that no cartridge is installed. Removing the cart and re-seating it a few times usually resolves things. But the cart that arrived yesterday (Vivid Light Magenta, 350ml) refuses to be recognized no matter how many times I re-seat it. So I am unable to print, my P9000 is bricked, my customers are wondering where their orders are, and it’s Rosh Hashana, so no there’s one at B&H to help with this. SUPER ANNOYING. Am guessing this might have to do with the chip shortage and Epson getting its chips from some guy named Vinny selling them out of the trunk of his car.

   The Epson light light black was delivered and when I run out I’ll put the new one in. I hope I win the 500$ for saying this. I have a better chance to see a Sasquatch.

   Epson OEM inks are a rip off but, at least, they’re a consistent rip-off.
