This is the same ink as was available for the Epson 3880, But, now, Epson has altered the cartridge chip and P800 firmware to restrict the P800 owner’s freedom to use 3rd party ink. Sadly, this greed is being thrust upon “North American” printer owners only. I suppose the Japanese are still trying to get revenge for Hiroshima. No such restrictions are being placed on European or Asian printer owners. This discrimination is wrong at every level. Epson inks are top quality. And, Epson can possibly make their inks required for warranty purposes. But, I would like the right to install the inks of my choice (Cone Color inks for example). There are work-arounds available. The over-priced Epson inks are fine and are a good way to go for low/average volume users. But. there are other economical alternatives.

Very pricey, but great quality and good volume. Unaware of any good alternative.

I expect the ink will work fine
Luciano Murphy (verified owner) –
Great ink for our printer.

I’ve always used Epson ink in my Epson printers. The UltraChrome inks give perfect colors in my P800. I use Epson and 2 other brand papers. Even though I sometimes go weeks between prints, I’ve never had a clogging problem on the P800. I haven’t even thought of going to another brand of ink.

excellent color with epson printer

Just the very best that it can be for the P800 printer. Expensive but well worth it in quality and precision
Grayson Hammes (verified owner) –
You can’t beat B & H prices or shipping time. Every time I order I get exactly what I need almost overnight. The ink cannot be purchased elsewhere for less.

Epson ink cartridges in Epson printers always perform well. I’ve had no problems with Epson cartridges.
Daron Kunze (verified owner) –
It’s a great place to buy printer ink for those printers that are hard to find ink for locally.

Make sure you only use Epson Ink with you SC-P800 for rich vivid color.

Frankly I wouldn’t use any other ink but Epson in my P800. Very good and consistent results.
Logan Bechtelar (verified owner) –
The ink is fresh and color consistent. I create my own printer .icc color profiles for getting consistent results in my prints so, consistency is very important for me. I do wish, however, that Epson would be kinder on my wallet!
Robb Swaniawski (verified owner) –
Everything arrived in good condition. The Epson P800 is easily the best photo printer I have owned. It consistently produces professional quality prints and has been low maintenance.
Kimberly Stanton (verified owner) –
It’s ink
Dewayne Walker (verified owner) –
Like all Inkjet ink it’s way to expensive, ridiculously so and the Epson P800 printer itself is so problematic so it is like throwing money out the window.
Brenda Emard (verified owner) –
It works.
Randy Wilkinson (verified owner) –
I expect the ink will work fine.
Aisha Hodkiewicz (verified owner) –
Frankly I wouldn’t use any other ink but Epson in my P800. Very good and consistent results.

OEM Epson, what else is there to say!
