Both the face plate and all ‘hands’ are very easy to read. The bell sound is difficult to rate because I am sight and hearing impaired. I was using a unit; which, flashed the lights and shook a very small disc that went under the mattress. Sad to say, it wasn’t enough any more. This clock is exactly what I was looking for; a wind-up that suits my impairment needs as I don’t have to use the alarm every morning. I bought two Equity clocks.
