This is some useful stuff, the ability it keep your tools, and whatever else, tethered when working at heights is essential to working safe. Was able to keep my tools handy and in the picture you can see I used the big lanyard to tie off a spreader bar! I haven’t tried the tape out yet, but it seems like it would be useful for keeping the little lanyards tight on tools without holes in them. Very nice product.

With new rules and requirements coming into affect I thought it would be a good time to implement tethering into my daily routine. The squids kit is awesome. The tape holds the tether chords tight to your wrenches hammers and power tools. The main tether is nice and long and keeps a good hold on your gear.

I received this product and Immediately put it to work I worked up at the high Arctic on the Raydome towers on the Beaufort Sea. I feathered my cordless drills and miscellaneous tools to the tethers and they start up miraculously I really like the clips and the way the product fastens to the cordless drills and all my handtools I have absolutely no complaints if you’re looking for tethering system for your tools this is the product to buy I will be further testing this product in the coming weeks when I go up to the northernmost tip of Baffin Island in the Canadian North

It took me a while to figure out the way to fix the thethers onto the tools, and choosing which tools to try it on first. Once i had it all laid out it was fast and simply to get the thethers onto the tools, and position them to make sure they felt right. In the field i expected it to get in my way or feel awkward, but i was surprised and they feel right, and i felt better knowing the tools were not getting away from me if anything happened working over a city street.
