Very well-made, the rubberized grip made it much easier to handle; however I do see the potential for the gripper to become loose with repeated use.

Even though I had a claw nail puller it was a little beat up and not as long (for leverage) as this tool and pulling up deck nails with the old tool was really bothering my wrist. Purchasing the Estwing 12 half way through the project was money very well spent.

Complete lifesaver! I’ve been in the attach slowly removing some original fixtures (old lamps, bathroom fans, etc) from when my house was built to update them to newer, better, more modern devices. Numerous times I got into a space where my other prybars and hammer couldn’t reach. On a trip to HomeDepot I found this little guy. It was the best build quality of the selection on the rack, felt great in my hands and looked to be the right size. Since I’ve picked it up I’ve pulled out everything I needed to from switch gang boxes to pipe straps to bathroom fans with no problem. At one point I couldn’t get the leverage I needed to I wailed on it with a hammer. It still looks great!I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Make sure the Claw is completely under the nail head so tip of claw will not bend.

Great tool when you need nails out and are not concerned with a little wood gouging. Used it to remove deck boards, worked like a champ.

Great little tool. I did not use it for pulling nails, but wire removal from my rototiller, but I like the tool. It is well built and feels good in the grip. Everyone should have at least one.

It’s a nail puller. So if you need a nail to be pulled, buy it! It’s also good at opening coke can tabs if your fingernails are brittle. You can also use it as a pry bar. For instance say your exgirlfriend snaps and you lock yourself inside so she can’t hurt you again. Keep on your side. Plus hurts

Bought this tool for a special project removing nails holding metal mesh and plaster. Tried other tools that just didn’t do the job. This nail puller is awesome! The claw edges are thinner and really dig into the wood without destroying it. This tool should be in every toolbox.

Worked better than any other nail puller at removing shingles nails ..about the thinnest I have found to get under the nails as I was removing and reusing the shingles when replacing outer edge sheathing that had rotted while replacing my fascia wood…have a few other pullers but they are thicker and don’t work well for what I was doing…the blue “rubber” neck piece started tearing quickly thus 4 stars.
