This is an excellent tool, it is extremely ergonomic and versitile. The straight edge is sharp and thin and sturdy enough to dig in and pull out staples and finish nails. The other end is just as sharp for digging and prying out nails. I used it for pulling out old windows in a stucco home.

I purchased this tool along with a Milwaukee claw. The Milwaukee claw arrived first and I started to use it. The Estwing arrived later, but it appears to be a well designed quality tool. I returned the Estwing tool, but I was impressed with it. The tool is longer than most claws providing more leverage. The claws appear to have a nice narrow shape which should result in less damage to the wood. On the down side it does not have a dimplier feature which would be a nice addition. I think it is a good tool.
